My wife and I stopped in here for a quick lunch. I ordered the original cuban sandwich with tater tots and a drink. My wife ordered the italian beef sandwich with garlic butter on the bread with chips and a drink. My cuban was fantastic.It was very traditional tasted, very good.Enjoyed it very much. The tater tots were good.They were crispy kind of a small portion, but for lunch, I mean, what else do you really need. It comes with a melted cheese sauce for dipping, which was tasty. My wife’s sandwich was good.However, the italian beef was fairly dry. The au jus that came with it was flavorful, and she enjoyed that. The role that her sandwich came on with the garlic butter was very good. The chips, made in store, were very good. The service was fantastic was quick, efficient and came with a smile. We enjoyed sitting at one of the two outdoor tables.The weather was beautiful.The restaurant is very clean, very presentable. I would definitely be back here to try all of the other things that look wonderful on their menu and would recommend you give them a shot as well.

Perfect in every way. Very fun, very modern environment with a unique menu selection and The Chicago Cuban I had today had an great mix of peppers and veggies that were supremely complimented by the Chicago Style gravy and I absolutely could not pass up the S’Mores cookie on display at the register. The price is up there for a sandwich shop but the quality as well as the service makes it right on.

The food here is super good! Everything comes out fast, and is a cute, little shop. Unfortunately, every time I have come in the service is pretty subpar, which is like the only downside. Also this place is on the pricier side, but not too bad. Food is 100% worth it though.

Oh man, that Chicago burger just blew me away(pun intended) easily one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had!! The onion rings were great and the shrimp po boy was a little bit of a let down, it wasn’t bad, just no wear near the level of good as the rest of the food

Love this place! Best food and vibe! Iget the tour of Italy with Italian Bread and garlic spread added. The fries are delicious served with a yummo cheese sauce. They’re Vienna beef hotdogs are great. I always get the authentic Chicago dog. Check them out

Easily one of the best spots in town. The food at Sandwich Factory is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care.. you can taste it in every bite. Raj, the owner, is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She treats everyone like family and goes out of her way to make sure every visit feels special. My wife and I have been coming here for years, and it’s consistently a five-star experience.. great food, perfect service, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on a true local gem. We came today and she gave us free meals for Veterans Day! Love this place!!

Never visited The Sandwich Factory before…shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci’s Tour of Italy. Granted…it’s a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker…the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don’t skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I’ve had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips!

Definitely a hidden gem not too far from the main road. Plenty of options and the sandwiches are delicious. The fries are seasoned with a nice soft crunch. They have burgers and shakes here too along with assorted bakery items.
