Sandwich Evolution and Catering really lives up to the name. This isn’t your standard sandwich shop; they’re actually pushing boundaries with their flavor profiles and inventive combinations. Every bite feels like they’ve put real thought into the “evolution” of the classic sandwich, moving way beyond the basic ham-and-cheese routine.
I grabbed their Cheesesteak and one of the Smash Burgers,l. The cheesesteak was savory and perfectly executed, while the smash burger, which was an absolute steal at just $6, had that perfect crust and punchy flavor you expect from a great smash burger.
Getting two distinctly different, high-quality meals for that kind of value is a rarity. If you’re looking for bold flavors that break the mold without breaking the bank, you have to check this place out. Highly recommend.

Scratch made, insanely delicious food! Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. Everyone at the table agreed that the onion rings were some of the best they’ve ever tasted. Freshly cut onions and a very light, crispy batter, fried to perfection. Yum! My kids even gave the food rave reviews (especially the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, which were amazing). The sandwiches themselves were thoughtfully created, fresh, and very tasty. There are also plenty of options for vegetarians, as any of their sandwiches can be modified. I got the New Orleans with no meat and it was outstanding. I can’t wait to go back to try another creation (and of course more onion rings!)

Went to the store with three family members and we all got a variety of sandwiches, including the Havana, two smash burgers, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a custom breaded chicken ham on 8 inch ciabatta with a variety of other ingredients. The food was scratch made w fresh ingredients, and everything was exceptionally delicious. The service was stellar and everyone had an amazing time. The french fries were the best I’ve had.
Top marks all across the board, highly recommend, and will be going back.

Wow! I stopped by to grab a capri sandwich and it was amazzzzing. Packed with flavor, and the bread was perfectly toasted. There’s nothing better than great food and great service. Im excited to try more!
