Reviews
The service was outstanding. The staff and hosts were attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone in our group was taken care of without any delays. Considering the size of our party, everything ran smoothly and professionally.
The food was great, well prepared, and consistently good across the table. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the portions and quality definitely met expectations.
The restaurant has a full bar, a beautiful outdoor seating area, and a water view that really adds to the overall atmosphere. Whether you’re sitting inside or outside, the setting is relaxed and enjoyable, perfect for groups, families, or a casual meal by the water.
Great food, excellent service, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended, especially if you’re dining with a large group.
After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes with no greeting from any server. My husband went inside to let someone know, and at that point we decided we would just move inside instead. Within a few moments of relocating, a waitress came over and took our drink order.
When she returned, we ordered appetizers, and I ordered my entrée. She closed her book right away, and my husband had to tell her those items were just appetizers since he hadn’t ordered yet.
I received my Caesar side salad first, and it definitely wasn’t the freshest. Our appetizers—blackened grouper bites and crab cakes—came out next, but no plates were provided. Those were the best items we ate. Immediately after that, our entrées arrived. I ordered the bourbon salmon with a sweet potato and a side salad, but instead of the sweet potato I received carrots. My husband ordered the platter for one with mac and cheese and fries.
Throughout the meal, the server came by maybe twice. We ended up asking a busser for a cocktail because the bottle the waitress gave us was empty. She said she would go look for more and never returned. Toward the end, I had to flag down our server—who was chatting with another server just a few feet away—to request the check.
After spending $108, I can’t say we’d recommend this place. The service was disappointing, the food was trash, and the overall experience just wasn’t worth it.
10/23/25 UPDATE: Unfortunately they no longer have Conch Fritters on the menu, I asked why and I was told they had a new chef…
The cashew grouper was moist, the portion size was generous, and the hush puppies tasty.
The blackened mahi fish tacos were delicious and again the portion size was generous.
The rest of us had shrimp we enjoyed.
Allow for extra time if you have children as the service was very slow. It appeared that there were too few servers despite the few people there at the time.
Returned here 12/13/2025. Wish I had gone elsewhere!
The shrimp on the shrimp and grits were good. The grits were like paste. I don’t believe I have ever eaten worse grits than here.
This time the grouper tasted like it was frozen and reheated. It was hard, not fresh tasting.
The view was the best thing offered this day. Wish I had gone elsewhere for the food. So disappointed. Will not return.
