So the fiance and I stopped by here after she got an address change on her driver’s license to Illinois. Hello high taxes am I right lol. She was hungry and asked if there was a place for us on the home way. I remembered that Sanders was right on the way. We stopped by and I reminded her we need to try to eat right. Well we immediately forgot all about that. She got the cinnamon French toast and I got the apple cinnamon Carmel pancakes. Both dishes were delicious highly recommend this family restaurant. I’ve been going here for years but finally decided to review it.

Favorite restaurant for breakfast by far. Incredibly tasty fresh food and a wide variety of options to choose from. My lil sis really enjoyed her Mickey Mouse pancakes. The workers here are always friendly. I’d go here for breakfast everyday if I could.

Very good service great atmosphere. Food came out hot and quickly. Server was attentive. Coffee was offered constantly. We were told that the ham was excellent so we came in from out of state and had to try and it was very good.

This place is amazing! The service and atmosphere were fantastic with our waitress not missing a beat to throw in a dad style joke here and there and was very attentive to our table. The food was also incredible with HUGE portions. I only grabbed pictures of the Mrs and I’s food as the kids were already digging into theirs. Prices were also pretty good in my book. Would 1000% stop here again if I even end up in the area again!

Sander’s may very well be my favorite restaurant of all time. Their menu is massive, but they don’t suffer from a Jack of All Trades Syndrome. I’ve eaten there too many times to count at this point. The servers are always wonderful, and the food comes out quickly. I typically go on Mondays, which is when they serve the Cream of Potato Soup for their soup of the day. Sander’s is a cozy diner that feels like home.

I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but the last few times my food was either bland or there was barely anything in the container to justify the price. The Quesadillas were awful. So dry and no flavor to them at all. Maybe that’s why they give you so many sauces to mask the blandness? They also used the incorrect cheese for quesadillas. You aren’t supposed to use mozzarella, you’re supposed to use Chihuahua cheese which is very inexpensive might I add.
The last time I got an omelette there were more potatos than there was of the omelette. Pancakes were again dry and tasteless as well.
When I went in today the customers and the staff were rude. I have a broken arm and the customers were flocking to the front like vultures with absolutely zero self awareness.

Nice place to grab a filling breakfast and catch up with friends.
Very cozy atmosphere. It does get super busy, we arrived at 9am and we were able to get a seat no problem. Left around 10am and it was packed so I’d suggest call ahead for a table or get in early.
I ordered just the Belgium waffle and a side of bacon because I had a feeling the portion sizes would be huge. If your hungry and ready then this a good spot.
My friend got the Fresh Blue berries pancakes and it was about 5 stacks.
The coffee was ok. Pretty affordable prices for the what we ordered.

Sanders has been serving basic breakfast and lunch for a while. You can expect fast service and decent coffee. My family got a corner booth and enjoyed a great brunch and conversation for over an hour. Sanders is perfect for enjoying good food and company.

This was my first time visiting Sander’s Family Restaurant and I was not disappointed! This place is truly warm and inviting with amazing Management/Staff, it was a great birthday experience for me! Ms. Sue, our Hostess was wonderful, she and one of the Managers I’d spoken with (please forgive me for forgetting your name)! The food was absolutely fresh, hot, delicious, and it didn’t take long to arrive at the table either! This is officially my new breakfast spot! I’m looking forward to visiting very soon!
