We ordered the loaded nachos. The serving size was good but the taste was just plain. They had two coke machines, one had something wrong with the syrup and carbonation. One was out of ice and not working properly. We won’t be back.

The hostess was wonderful and promptly seated my husband and me. However, the waitress completely ignored our table, despite glancing our way three times. The restaurant was mostly occupied by a large party in a corner, while the other guests were gathered at the bar, fixated on the various screens. I eventually had to approach the hostess to place my order. When my food arrived, I was disappointed to find that the salad contained avocados that were beyond ripe—almost rotten—and some slimy tomatoes. To top it off, the ranch dressing was warm, as if it had been sitting out all day. I took a chance on the chicken, though, and it turned out to be quite good.

Food is always phenomenal I recommend the catfish/fries with grilled chicken salad and cheesecake for dessert! The ribeye steaks are delicious as well. The server name Tricey gave great customer service! She was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed from refills on drinks, condiments, and made sure our order was made right!

We had a bad experience there a few years ago but, we was hungry and thoyght we would try again. Mistake…Ordered at a kiosk, give it my cell so they could text me when the food was done. After 45 minutes i checked on the order and it was ready but they had it all wrong . I wasnt about to go thru this again.The food was cold and soggy. I got the text another hour later after I got the wrong food.

Steak house prices for truck stop quality. It’s in a casino, prices will always be higher. Just look at the $8.00 pecan pie! Came an hour before the posted closing time. Was treated as if was a late last minute customer, felt rushed, food is edible but not special. The take out place seemed to have fairer priced items and food was as good there.

Really good food. Hot dogs and fries were very tasty. Wife’s smokehouse burger was a hit. Limited menu. Close to the hotel. Attached to the casino so the cigarette smell is there. No complaints.

Me and my mother did the dine-in and sat next to the windows to over look the Mississippi River and for one the windows are frosted so we couldn’t see the river. We are currently on a road trip from Florida to San Diego, CA and we decided to eat at this restaurant. The issues all started from the get go when my mom ordered an unsweetened iced tea and they said they didn’t have that, she then asked for a lemonade and they also stated that they don’t carry that. When it comes to the food selection, it is very scarce; all they have is steak, seafood (which my mother does not eat), one and I mean one pasta dish. We both ordered appetizers ( fried mushrooms and spinach artichoke dip) and the fried mushrooms were decent but the spinach dip was inedible. Now comes to the entrees; I ordered the rib eye steak which was $37 and asked for it to be cooked medium rare and when I got it, it was grey and over cooked and very chewy, my mom ordered a baked potato with extra butter and they brought her a loaded baked potato and a salad. The salad she received was very limp and un-interesting.
Now let’s get into the problem with the staff. For one being a waitress/waiter you should be more involved in customer service. they carried on friendly conversations behind the bar with co workers, and what I mean by that is the entire time that we both were sitting at our table the waitress we had (jasmine) who was also the bartender I presume sat behind the bar most of the time and chatted up with the coworkers instead of asking if everything was good with our meal.
My mother and I are very disappointed in the service and the quality of food. NOT WORTH THE $88.10 FOR TWO!!!!!!
I highly recommend any place other than this restaurant, I would rather go to McDonald’s before I ever return to this restaurant.
