Wow! I was impressed!
The service was so fun and friendly. The food was so so good and the views were great! I wasn’t expecting much with the food but I was definitely impressed. The menu options are limited but had something everyone could try.

My poke was 6/10. Rice was too wet (and I actually like my rice on the wetter side) and the flavors weren’t amazing. Portion was pretty small for the price. Sauce was ok. Seaweed salad might’ve been the best part of that and I’m sure it was prepackaged. Poolside service was nice

This restaurant is located by the pools inside Gaylord Palms Resort. Our server Ruben was great, friendly and very attentive. My mother-in-law stayed alone at the table for a bit, while we took our toddler to the pool, and he went above and beyond to make sure she was ok the whole time she was there. The food menu is limited, but everything we ordered was very good, fresh and tasty. Even though I didn’t post a photo of it, my husband tried the bacon cheeseburger and he said it was very good as well. They close a bit early so keep that in mind if you planning to eat there.

Awesome pool at the Gaylord Palms resort and convention center however the bartender Luke was absolutely awful. Went to the bar twice asking for his recommendation on drinks and was met with rudeness both times saying whatever you like. Gaylord palms is amazing and it’s sad they have people like Luke ruining the experience. I will come back as server Ryan was great. And would still recommend stopping in and giving them a shot.

Surprisingly excellent food for the quick sandbar experience it is. I enjoyed great service sitting at the bar, a delish fish sandwich and tasty spicy marg. The only grossness was that the bar wasn’t super wiped down and bees were flying everywhere trying to get to the sugary marg machines. Anyway, great experience and would come back.

Pool bar located inside GayLord Palms. Large bar and covered seating area — as well as delivery and food service to your chairs poolside. Full food/bar. Decent pricing considering you’re inside a nice hotel. Staff has been really great each time we’ve gone.

Fantastic food, drinks, and service! I especially loved the Watermelon Cucumber Smash and my husband loved the Bahama Mamas. The bartenders did an amazing job handling the crowds. There was rarely a wait to place an order or get a drink. Food was ready for pickup within 15 minutes of placing an order and always nicely packed with appropriate utensils and sauces. Big thanks to Nathalie, James, Mike, and Jovany for always providing quick, friendly service and amazing drinks!

Terrible service from Ian, the server. We were there for a 3 day conference. We spread the word to the other 300 people about the service because management didn’t seem to care much. Food took forever. Chicken was dry. Food not great. And service sucked.. and they can do that because they do automatic gratuity. Wait staff needs to be friendlier and better at there. Came back a second day to give it a second try and they screwed up again. Including putting all of our food orders in to go boxes while we were sitting and food took forever again. The we sat here and watched servers talking crap to mgmt right in front of us. Terrible. Would never return.
