The Sand Dollar Pool Bar and Grill is a great hangout on the property of the Spark by Hilton – Siesta Key Gateway. Come join us yummy cocktail, frozen drink, smoothie, beer, wine, margarita, martini, or whatever you feel like. Seating is under cover, outside. Credit cards only; no cash. Must be over 21 but you do not have to be staying at the hotel to enjoy!
