11/2025 – got the ♂️ & turf + quesidilla = $33. Good size portion and friendly staff. You order at the counter( yes a actual mini van) and seat yourself. Then they bring the food out to your table, it came fast. Would visit again if im ever around back to oceanside

Sancho’s Tacos seemed like a great place to try based on the reviews and ratings. It was close to the beach and had a good selection of tacos. However, upon arrival, we noticed something was off. The sign upfront instructed us to place our order and then take a seat, but when we entered the bar, the bartender made eye contact but didn’t say anything else. When we went to order, the person taking the order was just matter-of-fact.
The food was okay, but the two burritos I ordered were very bland and lacked flavour and seasoning. The service was also okay, but not quick for the amount of people in the restaurant. Overall, I felt the atmosphere was lacking because of the staff’s attitudes towards customers. I don’t think I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

The California burrito is our go to. It is so good we didn’t even get a picture of it. You can’t go wrong with chips and salsa or guacamole. The service at this location is quick.

Tortillas were hard and tacos were cold. We ate the “tacos” like nachos, with our chips. Margaritas were also very bitter, not strong just bad. Very weird, because the reviews are great.

Wow, right out gate Jacob greeted me with smile a welcome in, and cold beer, I like the decor unique, I didn’t try the food but it looks good, you can’t go wrong here, great indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re in Oceanside, it’s a travel destination, great job Jacob.

We are always on the lookout for places where vegans and vegetarians can eat, and this place more than fits the bill! I had a great taco, ordered two of the Flaco Tacos – delicious and totally filling. Probably the best tacos I’ve ever had. Avocados, mushrooms, salsa verde. I have GOT to try to make this at home. I don’t even know what my boyfriend ordered, but he said it was great and he would definitely order it again. Some kind of huge nachos. We loved the decor, so colorful, just makes you happy to be there. Service was excellent, staff was cool. I’d give it 5 stars if it was an all-vegan restaurant, but since it’s not, I can only give it 4 stars.

We came here on a Saturday night and it was chaotic! However, once we ordered and found a seat, it was much better. We tried a variety of tacos, all which were delicious. The decor is really cool and so is the atmosphere. The employees were nice enough, but they seemed stressed, so they were super short with us. We would still recommend this place though! Get ice cream afterwards at Handel’s!

Very good food! We got the surf and turf burrito and the bean and cheese burrito with guac added in and it was delicious! Ate every bite. Burritos are a really good size as well! The star was friendly and food came out quick and super hot! Would totally recommend this place to grab a bite to eat and sitting on the patio is a nice choice.

I love this place, it’s a couple of blocks from the beach so we like to come and grab a bite before or after. Service is always top notch, food is great! I love the churros, they have caramel and cinnamon sugar, they’re crunchy and gooey. I’d give them five stars but they always run out of alcohol. We went early afternoon this time so we were able to get margaritas. They also are vegetarian friendly.
