Incredible Food and Wildlife Views!
We had a fantastic lunch at Sanaa! Watching giraffes and zebras on the savanna while we ate was a unique highlight.
The food was excellent:
* Bread Service: A must-order! The nine dipping sauces are incredible.
* Butter Chicken & Lamb Kefta: Both were perfectly seasoned and delicious.
* Sanaa Burger: A great twist on a classic with a naan bun.
Pro-tip: If you’re splitting the Butter Chicken, definitely ask for extra rice- especially if splitting the dish. Big thanks to our server, Kim, for the wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!

There are so many dining options at Disney World but this one might not be on your radar! Sanaa combines African cooking with Indian flavors and we promise you will completely forget you’re in WDW!
The food has so much incredible flavor, we loved all of it! Here’s a bit of what we tried ~
✨ Indian style bread service ~ 5 types of bread, 9 accompaniments, there is something for everyone
✨ Lamb Kefta with roasted garlic hummus, crispy spiced chickpeas, & pear chutney
✨ Seasonal salad with chermoula quinoa, caramelized pumpkin seeds, & tamarind vinaigrette
✨ Potjie-Inspired with butter chicken, lentil daal/rajma masala, & basmati rice
✨ Giraffe Tower Mousse with banana cake, peanut butter mousse, banana mousse, & Tanzanian peanut brittle crunch (the best part of it! )
This has definitely been added to our list of favs at Disney!
❗️Take time to look around Animal Kingdom Lodge ~ such a beautiful hotel!
❗️Animal Kingdom is a bit far from other WDW hotels, so make sure you give yourself enough time to make your reservation.

Loved our meal at Sanaa! The bread service was incredible — honestly could’ve just eaten that and been totally happy. For the main, we had the Butter Chicken with Lentil Daal and Rice, and everything was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The bread was definitely the star of the show though!
The atmosphere is cosy and relaxing, and the view of the animals outside makes it extra special. Such a unique and peaceful dining experience — would 100% go back!

Wonderful service. Great view. And sometimes things are popular for a reason: the bread service (naan and dips!) was delicious and so much fun to eat. If you go for the bread service, I recommend splitting an entree (or getting an entree and small appetizer to split). We felt it was wasteful to leave food on the table, but were so full! Next time, I’d also consider the lunch portions instead when there’s also a great opportunity to see the animals. We went at 5pm in January and saw animals the whole time, but it started to get dark by the end of our meal.

Always an amazing meal when we are at Disney. The wait staff are always so great and the food never disappoints. Get the bread service! The restaurant is inside Kadani Village at Animal Kingdom Resort and you can go outside and see animals grazing while you wait to be seated. We always try and go at sunset. It’s simply a gorgeous place to eat a meal. I also recommend the samosas and butter chicken.

Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Kidani Village is truly unforgettable. The famous bread service is an absolute must — warm, fresh breads paired with an incredible variety of flavorful condiments that are as fun to try as they are delicious. The butter chicken was outstanding, cooked to perfection with rich, comforting flavors that left me wanting more.
On top of the amazing food, the cast members made the experience even more special. They were warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly while making us feel welcome and cared for.
Between the food, the atmosphere, and the excellent service, Sanaa is easily one of the best dining experiences at Disney. Highly recommended!

This has easily become a must do for me and one of my favorite places on property. The staff is so welcoming and kind! The vibes in the restaurant are amazing and then you look out the window and see a giraffe and a zebra! Definitely recommend doing lunch or an early dinner so you can take advantage of the views. I got the mule with an African liquor and it was so refreshing and a fun twist on a classic. The butter chicken is always my order. A great dish for introducing you to the cuisine and its the best butter chicken ive ever had! The bread service is amazing and can feed plenty of people. If you like spicy there is a 10th secret sauce you can ask for. And if you dont feel like its worth it or dont have enough people to eat it you can order a naan in a single portion too. Food comes out pretty quickly because some of the items have been cooking for hours and you can tell with the depth of flavor and how tender the meat is. Definitely recommend, 10/10 worth the uber or trek to get there. I recommend booking it on your Animal Kingdom day and its like a 5 minute bus ride from the park to the resort. This resort is broken up into two. Jambo House- the main lobby with Boma, Jiko, and the Mara. Then Kidani Village where Sanna is located downstairs. There is an resort bus i definitely recommend taking if its hot or your feet hurt. Only takes about 5 minutes to wait and 5 minutes of driving if its even that long. If its a nice day and youre up for it, it is an easy walk through the outside of the resorts and parking lots.

Super cute inside. The ambiance was immaculate. We has a reservation for lunch at 1:40. Checked in 10min early. We ordered the Bread Service and the Potjie-Inspired (with Goan Seafood Curry & Sukuma Wiki). Everything was delicious the tomato-date jam with the garlic naan was my favorite. I also had the African mai tai, that was good, too

Sanaa’s delicious food made a memory – all by itself, but the server (Summer) was super attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Just outside our window were Zebra, Wilder beast and Giraffe walking around. A immersive, delicious and enjoyable experience – I highly recommend Sanaa!

Great restaurant. Not normally a fan of Nan so I didn’t order the bread with various dipping sauces. Table next to us had it and it looked really good. They enjoyed 5 pieces of the bread and said it is so filling that they just shared another item.
The special manhattan had scotch, Cointreau, orange bitters and fig compote. Sounded more like a version of an Old Fashioned. But a decent drink. Wouldn’t order it again though. Rather have an old fashioned.
The chef did a great job of modifying recipes to handle my wife’s onion and garlic allergy. She had lamb loin with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts. I had the menu version. Both were excellent!! Also saw the breakfast menu while there and it looked really good.
