Tried out a brand new Tex-Mex place tonight at The Realm in Lewisville right across Sam Rayburn Tollway from The Colony. We really liked this place it was our first visit and we where impressed! Yulissa was the very charming hostess at the front that showed us to some awesome seats on there bar front outside patio. Loved the outside seating on this beautiful night! The restaurant has a wonderful view of the lighted fountain pond and really the panorama of the entire plaza. Next we encountered Marco our dapper waiter/ bartender who very attentively and professionally saw to our first drink order for which we tried there Top shelf Margaritas of course. Very delicious and refreshing. We also sampled their chips and salsa which they generously serve for free. We ordered a appetizer of the Guacamole and it was delicious, I very highly recommend this, after which we sampled the Chveche and it to hit the spot perfectly for a Friday night! Next to go with my entrée i ordered the housemade Ranch water also tasted great and came in a awesome ceramic ornamental mug with Tajina dusted around the lip. For my entrée I had the Shrimp Enchilada platter and my wife had the Eden platter. Everything was perfectly cooked, delicious and flavorful. Next Alex the General Manager introduced himself at our table and inquired if everything was to our satisfaction? We assured him everything was excellent and we couldn’t be in better hands with Marco taking great care to make sure our first evening went perfectly. The staff here are all friendly and very inviting and definitely care that there service is top notch. We loved everything and will be back again soon and hopefully we will have enough room next time to sample The Flan. Thanks for a great experience.

Dined here for a late lunch out on the patio. Absolutely loved the patio setup and restaurant’s interior. My server Juan was fantastic. The chips came out warm (yay!) and the salsa was really feakin’ great!
As a place to grab drinks and munch on chips and salsa with your friends (or a date), I think this is a really great spot. Especially if you live close by. I however, don’t drink alcohol so was there for the food.
Tex-Mex is my favorite food group. I wanted soft tacos and unfortunately there were only hard-shelled tacos on the lunch specials menu (an no option for brisket, which was what I was craving). I will say the lunch specials were great prices.
To get what I really wanted (brisket tacos with corn tortillas), I had to order from the dinner menu (think: higher price). It came with 3 good-sized tacos, a scoop of rice and side salad. The tortillas were not flimsy soft nor plain corn. The tacos looked tasty but I found them to be surprisingly bland (including the dipping sauce). Rice/salad was just OK.
In the end, I wish I’d have just ordered something else from the lunch menu, so I hadn’t spent as much.

This is a great date night or night out place! The food here is fantastic! I recommend coming when you have plenty of time to soak up all of the elements. There’s a salsa for everyone. We went during a weeknight, so there was plenty of parking, no wait, and our servers were very attentive. There’s a lovely courtyard with fountains outside of the restaurant for a pre or post meal hangout.
I ordered a brisket tamale with a side of vegetables. Everything was fresh, including the chips. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The mole sauce on the salmon was unexpected, and unusual. The chicken quesadillas were mild and a light bite.

We had such a great dinner at San Miguel Tex-Mex Cuisine in Lewisville! From the second we sat down, the service was super fast and friendly — we felt really well taken care of.
The chips and salsa were AMAZING — honestly the best salsa we’ve had in a long time. The tortilla soup was light but full of flavor and yes, perfect even in TX summer heat (we love soup). My husband got the Luis Dinner and I had the beef enchilada dinner; both were so flavorful and came out perfectly hot and fresh. The Skinny Margaritas were also a highlight — light, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and everything just felt easy and relaxed. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to and telling friends about.
5/5 stars!

I found a new hidden gem in the Ad Pages flyer. This place is amazing from the decor, service, and the quality of the food and drinks. For my 1st visit I keep it simple, things you shouldn’t be able to mess up and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you Marko for your awesome service.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to this area and we absolutely love this place! We have been here six or seven times within the past two months. The service, food, and drinks are always amazing! Make sure you try the pineapple martini, it’s amazing. We will be coming here for years.

I had an amazing experience at San Miguel, and I especially want to recognize Jorge for the outstanding service he provided. From the moment we arrived, Jorge was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always checking in with a smile and making great recommendations.
It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the guest experience the way Jorge does. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made our visit even more enjoyable. The food and atmosphere at San Miguel were fantastic, but Jorge’s service truly stood out and made the night memorable.
If you visit San Miguel, I highly recommend asking for Jorge — he will take excellent care of you. Thank you for such wonderful service!

5/5 Stars – Jorge was the best server! The Shrimp Fajitas are a Must-Try!
San Miguel Tex-Mex Cuisine truly lives up to its promise of blending tradition and bold flavor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent, but the real star of the show was the food. I ordered the Shrimp Fajitas and they were absolutely incredible. Served sizzling hot, the shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the seasoning and generous portion of peppers and onions were spot on.
This dish is seriously next level-easily the best fajitas I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for authentic Tex-Mex done right, definitely stop by this Lewisville gem. I’ll be back soon to try the enchiladas! Jorge is the man! Ask for him! The modelo is ice cold as well!

Heard good things.. apparently those folks have never had good Mexican food. Nice place, food is mediocre at best. Sad attempt at queso. Not to mention the waiter spooned out half the bowl onto plates, which was cold instantly. Rice and beans are store bought. I definitely would never recommend or return. Too bad.
