Nice and cozy small restaurant with excellent seafood in San Marino. We had passed by this place many times but had never eaten here. This is our first time.
We were not disappointed with their food. These folks were very friendly and got our orders efficiently. Since everyone talks about their clam chowder in Yelp, we decided to try the clam chowder before our meal. This was so good. Now I know why everyone recommended clam chowder.
For our lunch, instead of ordering from the daily special seafood dishes on the board, we decided to order our food from the regular menu. We ordered two things, one was the steam mussels and the other dish was two shrimp tacos.
Both dishes were amazingly good. I liked the shrimp taco the best as the taste was so good. The shrimps in the taco was huge and fresh. The portion was big too. I can hardly finish my two tacos.
Parking is street parking on Huntington.

The best seafood dishes. Quiet and cozy. You will not be disappointed. Their calamari steak is out of this world delicious. I like the fact that you can have your fish as a sandwich or on a plate with sides. Bring the family, something for everyone here.

Fresh delicious seafood, in the heart of San Marino. We stopped by for a late sit-down lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We tried half dozen East &Westcoast oysters (Westcoast oysters were much saltier). My husband’s Halibut tacos and my shrimp tacos were also very good. Recently went there again, another really good meal; this time we tried their special crabcake and sashimi grade ahi tuna…so good!

The shrimp on the salad was lightly breaded, and grilled. The shrimp was very large, but I would have liked more shrimp than I got considering the price (I think there were 4 pieces). The flavor of the shrimp was delicious, and the crab was very fresh, and plentiful. Had I not added the crab, and still only received 4 shrimp, I would have been very disappointed. The sesame vinegarrete dressing was very good, although I did get extra (I like a good amount of dressing on my salad, but not drenched.) Overall, I really enjoyed my meal, but would like more seafood for the price.

Came for breakfast and had the honey sriracha salmon tacos and New England clam chowder.
Absolutely delicious! Tastebuds were thrilled.
Grabbed a bucket of gumbo to go for dinner later. The gumbo was outstanding.
Definitely going to return for more.

Come before 5 pm, less crowded. I wouldnt get the oysters here. Doesnt seem the cleanest oyster. Overall flavor for food is good.

Great service and great food here. Love the surf and turf, gumbo, etc. Outdoor seating is great, when it’s not scorching hot but you can also cool down inside too.
