It all began in the Spring of 2000, when 5 entrepreneurial brothers, with the encouragement of their friends and family, opened the first San Jose’s Mexican Restaurant in Central Florida.
Zenovio, Jose Luis, Armando, Victor, and Miguel had a simple vision in mind. To not just open a restaurant serving delicious, made-from-scratch Mexican dishes at everyday prices, but a place where guests of all ages could gather together to experience the unique flavors, along with the art and culture of Mexico – all in a comfortable, casual setting.

The staff are very nice and the service was great. Very family run feeling, and a great local place. The food is more mild than other places and if that is what you like it is great. I thought the rice is good but the beans were a bit bland. Good selection on the menu, and a really good bar.

We LOVE this place! He food, atmosphere, drinks, service, all amazing. Andres is our favorite bartender! Make sure to go see him and get an awesome margarita. They even have USB chargers at the booths and bar, along with purse hooks. The whole place is clean and nice, even the bathrooms. Top notch place!

Very good! The best Mexican Restaurant around! Service was great and food came out fast. Steak in fajitas was well done, but tasted good. Order a small cheese queso to go with your chips and salsa! The horchata is really good as well! Save room for dessert!
