A semi-fine dining limited seating restaurant and a truly unique space, San Gimignano sticks to its Italian roots. Personalized, unobtrusive service and authentic Italian fare instantly transport one to its country’s culture. Representing the very soul of the eponymous destination, it offers a place in the capital for a business lunch conversation or a private affair. Hand-knotted pasta and signature cooking give breadth and depth at once. An alfresco terrace, open on autumn evenings and warm winter afternoons, provides a gorgeous setting for a casual pizza and a glass of Aperol Spritz to catch up over a tête-à-tête with friends.
Elegant, wood-accented hotel dining room featuring a menu of traditional Italian classics.

Reviews
On the whole we had a very good time.
Forgot to take pics.
The cocktail was fine, not great but not too bad either.
The service was top notch.
The décor in the indoor area was very disappointing but the outdoor seating area was charming.
Staff were very courteous and looked after us impeccable while maintaining all Covid-19 related sanitizing norms.
Food was a bit disappointing too, the Gnocchi I ordered tasted like lumps of flour with no filling and just boiled and served with a bit of tomato sauce.
The Pizza though thin crust and made and baked in front of us, was not delightful, it was good.
They’re operating on a reduced menu and perhaps that’s the reason but compared to 1911 it was a very average experience to eat here.
Our serving staff were polite and kind, Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Davindra.
Manager, Mr. Sparsh was considerate and heled us chose items that would delight our taste buds. We had pesto pasta, pizza, Panna – Cotta (Must try).
Thank you so much for the lovely experience.
Of course, the wood fired Pizza is a must try. Food quality and the ingredients are just super. All of this, combined with personalised service, makes San Gimignano one of the top rated restaurants to go to, in Delhi.
The deserts selection is just great. Tiramisu and Pistachio icecream is a must try.
They have a lovely outdoor area, best for winter days and eve’s.
Don’t look on the prices in the menu because you very well knew it was 5star before you came so the cost it according to that.
The staff was very cordial in welcoming me and I had a lifetime of an experience there.
Will visit again soon Inshallah ❣️
The pasta was simply perfect. Highly recommend the pappardelle. Greta meat and fish dishes in over. Italian wines available.
There is outside and indoor seating. Having a table on the outside patio on a mild evening was perfect. Excellent service. Will return.
