The food was good atmosphere was extremely busy. I do not recommend if you’re planning to come in and leave at a certain time the service took a little too long during lunch time 15+ minutes. They were slammed for only having 3 people working trying to give them a break. One observation that alot of people will be disgusted by is the person taking my order who took my payment with gloves on, was also the one assembling my sandwich . I know this is a big no no when it comes to the food industry so be aware that they do not take the gloves off. I was too hungry to even care, but just an FYI, if you are the type of person that gets grossed out then this is not a place for you. Also this establishment is only open 11-2:30 dine in.

When I want a sandwich, I head to San Francisco Sourdough. The cracked pepper turkey is my fave. They always have a lunch special with a sandwich, soup, and a drink, and it’s a great deal. They have tons of sandwiches, and they’re all on fresh sourdough, yum! It’s usually packed at lunchtime, but it’s worth it.

The absolute best baked potato soup I’ve ever had in my life. And their cookies are so so good. We will definitely be back.

Great selecting of sandwiches and sides. The quality of the sandwich was better than expected and the bread was *perfectly warmed*. Very good choice of ingredients and good selection without overly complicating it. Very friendly staff and clean seating area that felt open and not claustrophobic.

*response to the owner As stated- we did NOT come in during lunch rush. How would you know if it was busy if you werent there? Did you leave all 3 employees that hadnt been properly trained by themselves? What is your excuse for the 1 slice of turkey and pastrami on my sandwich? I can look past somethings with training new people. But that sandwich? Definitely not.
First time here and there is no way I’d step foot in this place ever again. Do these sandwiches look piled high like their pictures on their site and store? Not even close. We came here before lunch rush and it still look 35minutes to get them. Spent $35 on two sandwiches and it was garbage. Could have gone across the street to safeway and spent $10 on a sub big enough to feed 4 people. The girl taking orders was back and forth touching the bread, money and register with the same gloves. I watched her burn bread and just toss it on the floor. I watched another lady take unwashed romaine hearts from the bag, cut it and make a salad. We stood waiting to give our order for about 5-10mins while they took phone orders before ours. The three workers where just unpleasant, unwelcoming and extremely grumpy looking. It was just all around terrible experience. I deeply regret not walking out and going elsewhere. Waste of time and money. Do not in anyway recommend this place.

Pretty solid sandwich shop! I got the Garlic Pesto and it was really good, and the staff was so sweet. Plus it was pretty quick service.

First time customer and blown away by the food quality and experience/service.
Sandwiches were amazing, customer service was top notch and you can tell that this is a well oiled machine. We had a call-in order for 8 meals and we ordered 2 more to go.
Bread was amazing toasted (we don’t eat a ton of bread but love it when we do :)). Only regret was not going for the large size sandwich as the regular leaves you wanting more. I got the roast beef and it was money.
All the staff was friendly and very helpful for our first time. Check-out was around 11:45 and the place was busy. We will be back.

Just went in today because I haven’t had this place in forever and thought I would take my daughter in because I remember it being really good. Walked in at 2:45 (they closed at 3) and as someone who has worked food industry in the past, I asked to be curiosity “are you still open?” her reply “the door was unlocked wasn’t it?” With a snarky attitude. Then her co worker comes up rushing me to order. I tell her I want a turkey and she ask what cheese. I asked for half or light cheese. She looks over at her co worker with a look and was being a smart ass and says “how do I do that?” Trying to make me feel like I was stupid for asking. Gee iv lived in this earth for 32 years iv had a million places give me half cheese and not act like it was the dumbest thing in the world. Just an absolutely disgusting attitude on both these old woman. I told them never mind and that I was good I did not want to order and that they were rude. One of them said something rude as I walked out about coming when they were closing. Umm hello the time of operation is till 3 that means you’re open till 3. Don’t like it get a different job. My 8 year old daughter told me as we were leaving. “That was terrible behavior”. My 3rd grader told me two older woman at a business establishment were rude. How sad is that. That should tell you everything you need to know. Do not support this kind of terrible customer service.

First time trying, went in at around 11:20, fast friendly service, good food, clean facility, can’t ask for much more. Got a Wenatchee Favorite turkey club sandwich, filled thick with fillings, good soft fresh bread. Will be returning when I get another deli sandwich craving.

My son because of a special diet can only have sourdough bread. We moved here a few months ago, and today had a chance to get lunch. For 4 regular sandwiches and a bowl(sm bowl) of soup was $56. Now it’s expensive to eat out anymore, but when made very quality it can be worth it. It was mainly bread with nearly no meat or vegetables. The bread is delicious, but was upset about the fillings. I called and spoke to the manager. After explaining the situation, she immediately defused the frustration and gave me multiple options to solve the problem. Because of her great customer service we will go back. I’ll just be more aware of asking for toppings. The soup, small, but very good
