Absolutely delicious sandwhiches! Love their turkey large. However there’s 3 people working and it took them 25 mins to make two sandwiches really? Why so long …

This visit to SF Sourdough was so much worse than the last time we went. Last weekend or the weekend before we got food from there and there was a young lady working all by herself who made us great sandwiches and was very friendly. This time it was a young guy who looked like he believes in showering 2-3 times a week. He was friendly and tried to not keep me waiting to order. I tipped him well as I always do since I like to show appreciation to people who work in hospitality. Our sandwiches were of much lower quality this trip. My sandwich was a mess and didn’t have any meat in the last 2 or more inches. My fiance’s sandwich was on bread that should have been discarded(a Reuben in the photos attached). And my son’s sandwich (#20 with ONLY pepper jack cheese, pickles and mustard) had no pickles on it. I’m disappointed in this riverstone location of this franchise and I think they need to offer their employees compensation that attracts team members who care about their work. Everyone has an important role in our society and those who make our food are no exception. The owner of this store needs to do some real work to make this store fit the expectations customers have for this franchise

My wife & I came here for lunch. We own a small restaurant in Bonners Ferry.

Had to wait 10 minutes to pay and then another 10 to get the food and then didn’t wrap the sandwich so it fell everywhere. Got our order wrong and put cheese even though allergic to it.

The “regular” size is a 5.5″ long sandwich on a skinny panini bread. That disappeared almost as fast as my money did. It’s pretty expensive $8.25 for a pretty small sandwich. Don’t let the picture fool you either, all the meat was piled in the middle where they cut it in half.

Usually I love eating here. But today I came in and sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes and the lady asked me to wait a moment which I had no issue but after 20 minutes i got a bit impatient and spent the last 15 minutes saying hello It’s honestly ridiculous I’m not sure who she was but I’d have management have a talk with her Jan 13,2023 (3:20pm)

Exactly what a great sandwich should taste like. The mustard/mayo combo is next level. Hot #6 is the way to go!

Excellent sub style sandwiches. The bread is a delicious sour dough with the usual sub options and meat choices.

Very poor service. The 3 employees who were there were too busy talking and messing around instead of making our food. We just had to sit and wait until they decided to make our food.

Absolutely awful service. We are currently waiting after arriving over a half hour ago to order two subs. There were maybe five or six people ahead of us who have been waiting for who knows how long. There are still at least three in store customers ahead of us. When we arrived one of the employees had not shown up, which we understand can inhibit service speed. That is completely understandable, however, now there are three employees, orders are being mixed up and misplaced due to customers abandoning orders. The employees are moving like snails and look like they can’t even read orders or remember the order that the orders were placed in. We will never eat here again. With 3 employees, it should not take 40+ minutes to get through orders. The sandwiches should’ve been caught up much sooner.
