I happened to be in the area on some errands and felt like having Thai food. I searched on Google for a Thai restaurant that looked appealing and reasonably priced. This place immediately caught my attention due to its excellent reviews and the fact that it had opened fairly recently. Most importantly, the prices were mid-range and very reasonable for me.

Once we were seated and ordered our drinks and food, I was impressed from the very beginning by the warm welcome. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and inviting. When the dishes arrived, we took our time to truly savor the flavors, and I can honestly say they exceeded expectations by a wide margin.

The waiting time for each dish was short, which was another pleasant surprise. As for the taste, it was outstanding—well-balanced, rich in flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. The overall experience felt like dining at a high-quality Thai restaurant in a five-star hotel I once stayed at in Bangkok.

Yep, the hype is real. The coconut beverage was delish! The wings were crispy and flavorful, the crab curry and brown rice was divine, and the coconut pudding was one of the best desserts I’ve had (not overly sweet)!!
I will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was well-balanced and full of rich, bold Thai flavors. You can tell they really care about getting it right. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was great too. Highly recommend if you’re craving real Thai food that tastes just like it should!

The food was fresh and quality, the drinks were great, the ambiance was nice. Overall a nice spot. Got the pork jowl, the branzino, and crab curry, and the lemonade. I love how juicy the fish was despite being fried. Very flavorful and well seasoned. I will be back.

I recently visited Samyan, a casual Thai eatery that completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was delightful. We ordered a variety, including the Grilled Pork Jowl, Samyan Wings, Samyan Fried Fish and Crab Meat Fried Rice. Every dish was bursting with flavor, authentic and perfectly seasoned. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming. The service stood out as well. If you’re craving Thai food, Samyan should be on your list.

While driving through the Fulton St area, I spotted a newly opened Thai restaurant—Samyan—and decided to stop by.
The food turned out to be absolutely amazing—just like having Pad Thai in Thailand!
The creamy Tom Yum Goong was uniquely flavorful and perfectly spicy—one of the best I’ve had.
The crab curry was rich and delicious, with a generous amount of real crab meat—great value for the price.
Samyan Wing’s flavors are well-balanced and easy to enjoy.
I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family. A real gem for Thai food lovers!

I had a really positive experience at Samyan! Most importantly, the food was delicious. We started with some really killer cocktails—rich and complex but ultimately quite tasty. Then an order of perfectly cooked chive dumplings, followed by a few entrees. My favorites were the khao soi and the green curry, and I also heard the short rib Massaman curry was fantastic.

The non-food aspects of the experience were also great. Our waitress was so nice, caring and patient with our questions, and the whole feel of the restaurant was welcoming and cozy. It wasn’t too crowded (we were able to walk in and sit right away) but it also wasn’t empty-feeling either. Overall, I highly recommend Samyan if you’re in the area and looking for Thai!
