I am a security guard at a complex. This food truck was their tonight. TheFood is incredibly delicious. The guys were very polite and wonderful. The sanitation was very good. I will definitely recommend this truck.

I enjoyed 2 orders of Spring Rolls and absolutely loved the Thia Chili sweet sauce for dipping! The Spring Rolls were soft yet crunchy and the flavor of the vegetables was pleasing.

Samusi Hibachi was at a fair as a fellow vendor next to me and their food was delicious. The steak was tender, the shrimp was seasoned well. The yum yum sauce was good and I got a lot of food in my meal. Very nice folks. Always has a line.

I was the guy on the left in that photo with the three boys. That food was absolutely amazing. Not only did he give us extra free of charge, he gave us almost double portions. They were both so nice and super chill. The chicken was fantastic, the rice was at least an 8/10, and they fried the vegetables in a way were they put (I think) yum yum sauce on it. 10/10 would try again

We had scheduled a private event for our office with over 130 employees in attendance. Unfortunately, the food truck never showed up. Initially, we were told they were delayed due to traffic and would arrive within 15–20 minutes. However, according to the Nashville traffic map, there were no reported delays or traffic issues in the area they were traveling from. After that time passed, we followed up and were then told the truck had broken down but was back up and running and still en route. After being 1.5 hours late, we cancelled. I would love to leave 0 stars but that is not an option. Do not recommend doing business with this vendor and we will not hire them again.

The food was 2 to 2.5 stars at best. I saw the mixed reviews on various websites online so was cautious with buying from the Samushi Hibachi food truck.
I think 1 star is too harsh since 1 star to me means the food tastes terrible. The issue here was predominantly that there was no seasoning to enjoy or disapprove of.
I got only the fried rice and noodles (which cost 8 bucks total). They both smelled very good (which lures you in) but it seems herbs were used for aroma but no flavor.
Both the noodles and rice were very bland in flavor and you couldn’t taste any salt, and I say this as someone who doesn’t like too much salt in my food.
The noodles were hot but the rice was lukewarm and since the food was prepared within 20 minutes, that felt odd and likely means that they gave me premade rice that wasn’t properly reheated.
The noodles had no salt or seasoning that could be tasted. The only flavor was sugar. Additionally, they were chewy and felt more like sweet spaghetti than noodles. For the rice, as mentioned earlier, only herbs could be tasted (very weakly) but no salt or spice whatsoever.
The customer service was good and I had no complaints in regards to that, but I would encourage the company to incorporate better flavors in their food.
Because good customer service can only do so much if the food makes customers not interested in coming back.
