Conveyer belt sushi but more fun because it comes on floating boats! Incredible, super festive and fun for kids and adults. Great for birthdays and weekdays. They send a variety of sushi out throughout your seating time, though I recommend arriving closer to 6-6:30 if you want to try things like gyosa or a cheesy scallop appetizer. Otherwise, the sashimi and roll portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable.

Found this place from a post on Instagram, and it was definitely worth the visit! The service was great and made us feel very welcome. Loved the boats, and the food was high quality. We were seated right away as well. It’s a great spot for a date night and an awesome place to support a local business, especially with its great location near the Grand Lake Theater.

UPDATE: Good as always, our 4th time and the lady that is always there and always take care of us with a lot of attention made all perfect, thank you thank you, we will always go back!!!

In my honest opinion, is the best Sushi in the bay area, I do sushi and I love a good sushi, vut is really hard to find one, at this place we ask all on the pictures and was really good! It was thick and fresh the rolls, the Niguiri and everything! I definitely recommend this place!!! Congratulations also for the asian lady that served our table, she was kind and friendly with us, thank you so much!

They stop adding things to the conveyor about an hour before close. Which means the raw seafood will continue to cycle there just as long if not longer until people eat it. The servers took a long time to get us a simple order like sake, side salad, water. I had to cancel some items because they took so long and we had to go. They clearly forgot the items i ordered. The food had me go straight to the bathroom in the restaurant, Food went thru me that fast and my intestines remained inflamed about 2 days after. I dont know what it was in the restaurant that caused it. But its started there.
This was the first time I’ve been here in over 10 years and it is not the same. Maybe earlier times are safer.

The server was very friendly and polite, but the sushi was really bad. I enjoy slumming it with hole in the wall sushi, grocery store sushi, you name it but this was just not cutting it. Yummy tempura and miso soup though. Donburi was just ok. Probably wouldn’t go here again.

This place doesn’t have amazing sushi, but the boats are great fun. Sadly, they are often empty, and the staff pressure you to order off the menu. If I wanted to order sushi off a menu, I would go to a different sushi place: the entire appeal of this spot is the boats! Put sushi on the boats! I deducted stars for atmosphere just because there’s so many people who bring their kids here and let them behave like absolute demons. That’s not really the staff’s fault as such, but the absence of parenting does affect the atmosphere. Come late!

Incredible sushi, locally owned by a sweet couple. Big portions for the price! It’s more than just “conveyor belt sushi” – a must visit if you like sushi in Oakland!

Consistently excellent rolls, large and diverse menu, warm service. Mama-san is always polite, accommodating, and welcoming. This is one of my top sushi picks for Oakland!

I tried their Masamune roll, OMG roll, and Samma roll and simply love them. Nice sushi for a good price in comparison to other places in SF. One of the owners, Huan Lee, is the sweetest. She gave me miso soup on the house, so she could give lots of recommendations. Their dry sake is amazing.

Had a delicious lunch here with my mom. The food was very well made and delicious, & the service friendly. We also thought the serving robot was really neat and that the tea cups with sushi on them were charming! We’ll be back for sure.
