I visited this restaurant 30 minutes after opening and I ordered the chicken breast yakisoba bowl with the egg roll. The egg roll was soggy. The chicken was dried out and hard. The noodles were mushy and it was missing vegetables. Was not a good place. I do not recommend. Staff looked unhappy to be at work not a welcoming establishment.

The worst Samurai Sam’s I’ve ever had, I would never try this location ever again, the veggies and shrimp were mostly raw, they didn’t have any dark chicken and the chicken breast tasted off. To top it off the staff was standoffish and the atmosphere just felt gross. If the bowl wasn’t over $10 for the meal, I would have just tossed it, on the plus side hopefully it was healthier eating the veggies raw, just not what I’ve come to expect from Samurai Sam, try any other location

I discovered this place by purchasing a dining advantage food certificate. I didn’t expect it to be hidden in the cut, it’s a great place for local business men and woman. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was nice and clean. It didn’t take long for my food to come out, seemed pretty fresh and hot! The taste of the chicken alone was soooo yummy! I added extra teriyaki sauce to the chicken and rice and I like the fact it’s free. Some places I’ve gone to requires a fee for extra sauce.

Never been here before. First time here and last. First and most important, TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a chicken breast teriyaki bowl with noodles, sauce on the side. They still put the sauce in there and it was overwhelmingly sweet. The egg roll it’s almost $3, not worth the price.

My pups loved the chicken it was overcooked and dry and hard. Maybe precooked for speed of delivery but, it’s chicken it cooks quickly, I suggest partial cook, then warm it up in the grill, and I can’t tell if they microwaved it to warm it up. But it was hard. Rice was good, and so was thir sauce. I would only come back if I was really hungry and again here because of next door. I would not make a special trip or consider catering at this point.

Very disappointing place. Place was empty even though it was lunch time.
All I wanted was some teriyaki chicken and noodles but couldn’t find it on menu board. Promotional signs on windows at least show picture/name of items. Ended up w sweet & sour bowl w/ white rice. Food was way too hot to eat for 20+ minutes. Chicken was flavorless and rice on bottom took on the taste of the plastic bowl it was in.

I’m sorry to say that my experience at Samurai Sam’s was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Despite having dined in many places, the service here was unacceptable, and the food was truly disappointing. The chicken was as tough as cardboard, and my bowl was only half full when it should have been overflowing, especially since I paid for a large.
Initially, I wanted a combo, but the rude cashier informed me they no longer offered salads. When I asked if there were any salad options, she said no. So, I opted for a Chicken Breast Teriyaki Bowl instead. I was surprised when my total came to $13.29 especially since the menu listed the large bowl at $9.79. Total should have been $10.63. After paying, I checked the app, which showed $10.63 for the same order.
When I questioned the cashier about the price discrepancy, she simply stated, “That’s just the way it is.” I found that frustrating, but I was hungry, so I let it go. Once I got to my car and opened my bowl, I was shocked to find it half full. The vegetables were unappetizing and bland, and the chicken was inedible it was definitely NOT CHICKEN BREAST. I’ve had chicken teriyaki bowls from many places, and this was by far the worst.
It’s hard to believe this location is associated with the other Samari Sam’s. The interior felt dingy, resembling a rundown shack. I left feeling upset—not just about the food, but also about how I was treated. I believe I deserve a refund or at least some compensation, but certainly not from this Samurai Sam’s. This place needs to be shut down.BEWARE

Very noticeable that the crew has changed here and it has affected your food quality and customer service. I’ve been coming here for years atleast twice a week. Will no longer after the quality of the food the last three times.
