The food was deliciously authentic, the atmosphere of the noodle shop felt very homey, clean and welcoming. You know right off the bat when you walk in there you’re going to be served comfort! The service was friendly and quick, and I will definitely come back in the future.

I had the (Hakata) Tonkotsu Ramen and it was the best ramen I’ve had so far! The soup was deep and rich and flavorful, and the noodles were the perfect thickness and softness. Perfect portion size too 🙂 My sister had Spicy Shouyu Tonkotsu and she also loved it. I usually don’t order takoyaki from restaurant b/c they’re usually not good, but this place wasn’t bad.

Great service. The guys were willing to seat me even though they were about to start their breaks.
I haven’t had an opportunity for much Takoyaki, so that was a fun treat. Also, they have a warm Sake option, so you know they know.
I had the Spicy Shoyu, and it really revitalized me after a long day of traveling.
Not much to say about the shop visually, good or bad, it’s a Ramen shop and they have good Ramen! Get on in here!

We had excellent Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen today.
The waiter was very courteous and friendly. We ordered the special bi-weekly offered Japanese Beer (Imported Matcha Green Tea IPA from Kyoto Brewing) and it paired very, very well with our meal. A most excellent meal and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this 5 STAR restaurant. Thanks for a great time. I’ll be back.

Very disappointed, I have been to Samurai in other cities before, and I really enjoyed their food before.
However, the food at this location is very bland. I had the stir fry garlic chicken bowl and my friend had miso ramen. The chicken was extremely bland even though I took extra side of Teriyaki sauce. The miso ramen was extremely bland even though my friend added chili oil and chili flakes.
I do not recommend this place for such a high price for super bland, tasteless and flavorless food.
If you are serious about your food and expect flavor for the food you pay, please stay away.
I hate to waste my money where I don’t get the value that’s charged.

Small place. Not good for large parties. Good bowl of noodles. I prefer the thicker noodles. Soups were all good. I enjoyed my tonkatsu ramen. Came on a Monday night and didn’t have to wait.

The food was subpar. The chicken in the ramen was rubbery and I feared it wasn’t cooked thoroughly although it looked “fresh”. The broth was lukewarm, the noodles in the dish were the hottest part of the dish. I couldn’t finish the dish. The establishment was empty when I arrived around lunchtime. It was also very cold. The service felt rushed and towards the end I ended up paying at the counter. I would not recommend this establishment.

Samurai is less busy than some of the other noodle shops around, and the food is really good and also affordable. There is very limited seating, but if you can dine in I recommend because the service is also very good. We went on a Saturday last time, and the food only took a few minutes to get out to us, so there isn’t much of a wait either.

Wow super delicious and insanely fast service. The ramen was SO good and exactly what was expected and needed. It was served at the perfect temperature, and was easily modifiable if needed. Great quick and attentive service. It would be hard to try another place because it was so delicious here.
