We love this place!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about the service and the staff and the FOOD!! We stick to the sushi menu, and I highly recommend the sunflower roll. Texturally it is quite uniformly squishy, but the flavor is worth making the trip for!!!

Ordered the spider roll as an appetizer and chirashi sushi as my main. The spider roll was okay—surprisingly somewhat bitter, and I wouldn’t order it again. But the chirashi was very good. In this area, I would certainly come back for either chirashi or sashimi. In general, the fish tasted very fresh and delicious, and the price ($24 for chirashi) was reasonable.

This is more of a sushi restaurant but they have other selections. I am a vegetarian so can sometimes be a challenge but no problem eating here and the food was really good. Great staff as well. A good place to try for sure.

I had the hibachi salmon. The actual entree, with the white rice and all the veggies under the salmon soaking in the hibachi sauce, was amazing. However, I give 4 stars because the salad was not great. Every bite it felt like the lettuce was bursting with water into my mouth and the dressing was just not for my liking. If the salad was on par with the rest of the dish I could give it 5 stars all day long. Quite disappointing when the salmon was cooked to perfection and the rest of the entree was tasty. Would order again but would NOT get the salad again.

Great Sushi and service, and pretty fast. Good seating, but is somewhat dark in the first area – there is a back. The sushi is good some days, but not so nice other days. Which is understandable, as fish is not always fresh. Don’t let it stop you from going!

Nice restaurant and fulfills a yearn for sushi in the area. To earn 4 or 5 stars, the sushi needs to be prepared better. This establishment is trying to be Japanese-like. To be a Japanese restaurant like the ones in Japan, attention to detail in the sushi equates to better food, cleaner preparation, and trust. If the sushi is sloppy with the filling leaking out the bottom (and it did) or its not prepared well then I will have second thoughts. If the salad ordered is sloppy and the presentation has food hanging out over the top of the bowl (and it did), then why would I want them handling my food if it is rushed. Sushi is more than taste, it is attention to detail, and presentation.

One of the owners of this establishment is very racist towards Chinese people, and he is Chinese! He is very rude and condescending towards his patrons that are not white. He will bend over backwards for you if you are a white American, otherwise he will treat you like trash. I am a white American and saw this when I was in the restaurant. It is disgusting to see this type of behavior in 2022.
