We had such a great time here! All the servers and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hibachi chefs put on an amazing show : flames, jokes, sake sprays, and even tossing vegetables to the guests! It was so much fun and really entertaining.
They even have a doll claw machine at the entrance, which the kids loved. As an interior designer, I really appreciate those little thoughtful touches that enhance the experience.

Came here with friends on a Friday night with a reservation but they weren’t crazy busy (I have been told that they usually are). We had multiple dishes. Prices were ok given the area but portions a bit small on the non-sushi items such as the duck bao buns and the teriyaki salmon, the latter of which was slightly overcooked. Miso soup and tofu poke ball were good as were the sushi. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. Overall food was tasty. They have hibachi tables as well although we did not get it on this visit.

They did not do the usual displays; firey volcano made from an onion, shrimp toss in the mouth or saki in the mouth. Of all Hibachi’s I have been to this was the worst. They did not give us sauce for food until we asked for it and served the vegetables last. Also my wife ordered a Pina Colada. It was terrible. Then they had the audacity to add a 20% tip to the bill. We were 14 people. 3 of us did a separate check because we don’t drink alcohol.

Went here for a celebratory new years day dinner. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We weren’t pressured to start our order and started with a delicious dragon roll of sushi. The chef was entertaining and comedic. He did the classic bit where the food is tossed up to guests and diners. Also very generous with the sake. After he was done cooking our meal we sat and enjoyed for quite some time. My table ordered a mix of all choices and from it the Chilean sea bass and steak were the favorites. The lobster was a little on the small side for a 5oz portion and may not be best served hibachi. No fault to samurai on that just an opinion of taste. Anyways I will definitely be going again and would tell my friends to take all their dates there.

Food is really good, and priced well. The only complaint would be that is very hard to get a reservation for a specific time. It’s been an issue a few times for me personally. Every time, they were unable to accommodate me with another time even close to the time I needed. Other than that everything is nice and clean, and the food is fresh and delicious.

We came here to celebrate Father’s Day as we thought it would be a fun experience and it definitely met our expectations.

Atmosphere: The place is nice and clean and pretty big in size. They have a hibachi section but also a regular area as well. The decor is nice. In the hibachi section there is a lot of hibachi areas so it makes for a nice set up where you don’t feel crowded.

Price: Fairly reasonable priced especially for the portion size. We got a salad with our Hibachi plate which was nice.

Food: We got the veg gyoza which was good but it didn’t stand out either. The Fried Tofu Bao was amazing! I would go back just for that. It was well flavored and the spicy mayo and bbq sauce went well with it. The vegetable hibachi exceeded expectations. Some of us got the noddles and others got the rice and in both causes the sauces and flavors were spot on. The only caveat was that they couldn’t make it spicy for us but did give us sauce on the side.

Service: Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and the hibachi chef put on a great show for us.

They also have an extensive menu with other food items which I’m sure we’ll go back and try the next time we’re in Huntington.

The service here is friendly and outgoing. Expect a show with your meal. The shrimp tempura roll was good like any other. The Hibachi chicken (which is made in front of you) was lacking a bit of flavor. Otherwise the food was good and so was the experience

Food was very yummy. The hibachi experience was fun but wish our waitress was a little more attentive and some of my meal took longer to come out and had to wait on it in order to eat my entrée. But overall enjoyed the restaurant.

Well, long ago, my dad (a longtime grade school principal) said that “for a buck, be a hero.’ (That was 30 years ago. ) But, u people are smart. (Especially if ur reading MY post!!) lol.
In other words, throw servers, bartenders, etc., an extra $ or 2. Lotsa times, I do it b4 my meal….u know…. handing service people, money…. servers, barpeople, even the proprietor(s) when given a great table. (Which of course means different things to different people…)

Well, it didn’t work, not AT ALL Not here.
Had to get up several times … from the table….to get water refills, order cocktails, etc.
Food was good-ish.
Fun for the kids, tho.

U know the deal.

Agh. I’m not going back.

(Sorry, Simon! You were very sweet and obviously, Saturday nite busy,) But I was hosting a surprise party (11 in attendance), and all I asked of u was for everything to run smoothly and perfectly. And to have HOT food. That’s all.

So I slid a $50 bill in your hand (u seemed shocked) as I intruded myself… as SOON as I walked in. We’d spoken on the phone a week earlier.

No one knew where to take me to tie balloons to chairs, etc. A nd even when we (you) finally figured out to show me to “table 9″….well. There were so many plates and chairs there that were unessasary. Remember?
Ruby helped rearrange ‘things,’ etc., but for the most part, I did it myself. (Oh! That was after giving Ruby a few extra bucks, too!)

Sam, behind the bar, made better than average cocktail.

Ughhhh.

Usually, if I take the time to post a review, ITIS A HUNDRED PERCENT wonderful.

I’m so sorry that this isn’t one of them.

Nice decor, though.
(Oh! And u call those little square cubes of chewy steak ‘filet mignon??????

Most importantly, we had fun. And the birthday crowns are a great touch!@@!!!!

Wishing you all the best!!
