Absolutely loved the starters… I am very biased towards Thai cuisine and can say they had the best pork and chicken skewers I have had in Germany. Try the 023 Grilled pork skewers with garlic and pepper!
I still need to try more main course. Pad thai and khao pad ka prao gai fried rice were good but not as excellent as the starters. Will be going back to try more.
Definitely the vibe of the place is very chilled and relaxed and needs a mention..

Still my fav Thai Place in Europe!!!! Their food is worth every cent you’re spending! I highly recommend the red duck curry and the noodle dishes are also insanely good. It’s the perfect restaurant for any occasion. They also offer traditional seating, so when you make the reservation you should mention that! If you’re gonna eat with older people or people with knee issues, take the normal seating tho… I’ve never seen the restaurant empty, even on a normal Wednesday at 6pm every seat is taken.

Great taste, lovely ambiance, and excellent service. I love the cozy and clean space, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The atmosphere truly gives authentic Thailand vibes. The Tom Yam Goong, lamb curry, and fish curry are absolutely perfect, really mouthwatering!

A very authentic Thai restaurant in Hamburg and away from the tourist area as well. The food is very well done with good potion, you will be full after this. The presentation also good and worthy of asian restaurant level. The Thai curry is alway nive to have but be aware of the spicy level, the mango sticky rice is absolutely stunning and must try imo. The atmosphere is nice not too loud, normal table and floor underground seat table are both available which I really appreciate. Overall highly recommend this from my personal opinion as an asian.

We lived in South East Asia for 21 years and it has been a challenge to find authentic Thai food in Germany. This is our 2nd time returning to Samui Thai cuisine and it didn’t disappoint. We went for the Tom Yam Soup, Somtam, and grilled prawns. Amazing authentic flavors. The prawns were grilled to perfection with an authentic charcoal grilled flavor to it. Definitely ask for the authentic menu when there. They have dishes that are usually hard to get. Like raw prawns. We’ll be back!

Amazing service and amazing food! Real authentic Thai food in the heart of Hamburg. I always set a high bench mark on Thai food, reason being I’ve live in Thailand in the past knowing what’s good when comes to Thai food. Samui Thai certain up on the list. Service was great and fast although the restaurant was packed! Will always remember Samui Thai next time I visit Hamburg.

The food here is amazing, I’ve asked the last time for some dishes out of the menu, and the people in the restaurant easily made it possible. I’d highly recommend the whole deep-fried fish with spicy sauce (just remember to ask if they have any kinds of fish). The desert there (I tried sticking rice with mango and ice cream with different topping) is just nothing to complain about.
