Best Thai restaurant in DFW! Family owned and run business for over 20+ years. A rarity these days with all the restaurant groups dominating the restaurant business. Make sure to see Tom at the bar. Always a good time at Samui. You will be treated like family.

I love Thai food, and this restaurant has good food in a great location, The Legacy Shops. The mixed drinks are good and all the hot teas I’ve tried have the flavor they should. I have been a regular at this restaurant for years, both eating in and ordering to go. It always looks clean, the staff is sometimes friendly and professional and sometimes not, there is always new staff. But I can recommend their food, it’s tasty. I love the egg rolls there, also the coconut chicken soup is delicious.

It was okay. I went with a group of coworkers. There is plenty of seating here. Our server was not very welcoming, she seemed rushed. Our food was placed in the center of the table, not directly in front of us, so that was odd to me. I had the Garden Tilapia. The tilapia was a bit overcooked causing it to be chewy. The Thia Tea was good. I found it to be a tad pricey and their lunch menu was limited. I won’t take the initiative to go back, but if a coworker wants to go I will try something else.

My family, especially my kids, were so happy that we came here for Dinner. The service was excellent. The waitress made us feel welcomed and special. She also volunteered to take pictures and took some good ones of our family. We ordered a Satay for appetizers and kids entrees first. The food came out real fast and my kids loved it. Wife and I ordered the Red Curry and Pad Kee Mow. The entrees are good size portions. So if you are not too hungry, you could share one with your spouse. We loved how everything tasted. They even boxed our leftovers for us. We then ordered the fried ice cream and loved how they brought out a flaming ball. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and we look forward to going back again.

Went with friends to this place for a casual dinner. The ambiance is good, and the staff is welcoming. We tried Red and Green curry in both veg and Non-veg options and Singapore stir fry noodles. The Curries were more on the sweeter side. Green was more sweet than the red one. The service is pretty fast. The place is very clean. Would recommend this place.
