Food is decent. They have beer and wine now. We got stuck paying for a 2nd glass of beer we didn’t order.

Horrible service. Cleanliness and food quality seems to have gone down the last year as well. My last straw was when I had wrong (and inedible) food brought out… went to service counter to let them know… and they just told us not to pay and that we could just leave whenever, instead of fixing the issues, and feeding their hungry customers (and my hungry toddlers). Though kind, the majority of the staff is lacking professionalism & actual waiting skills. I can’t picture returning but hope they can turn things around. I miss the great service, good grinders & homemade kettle chips!

I decided to take my wife to dinner here for our once a week date night… The service was awful as well as the food. Our server seemed to have no interest in us. Sadly the restaurant was not full may I add. My grinder that I had ordered warm was cold. My wife had ordered the baked spaghetti with meat balls. The noodles tasted like two day old noodles that had sat in a bowl of water over night and the meat balls were still cold. This place has really gone downhill.

Food was ok.Took a little longer than expected. The steak n cheese grinder isn’t what i pictured reading the description. For $16 i assumed real ribeye steak pieces and cooked mushrooms not raw. The chicken in the Alfredo tasted like it was from the can..tuna type taste. First time here and probably won’t be back.

Stopped in for lunch, not many there. Waited an extended time to be seated. Food was delivered pretty quickly but pretty blah. My French Dip was on a roll that fell apart when dipped. This used to be a very busy and awesome place to eat, what’s happened?

Visited on Mother’s Day and had the Philly Cheesesteak pizza. It was absolutely delicious We hope it remains an available menu item! Just perfect flavor with cheese instead of red sauce, green peppers, onions and steak. Eager to go get it again.

Mancino’s used to have the best pot roast grinder. I just bite into the nastiest grinder ever. They changed it to sliced Roast Beef. Without telling me when I ordered. Roast Beef is gross. Guess after all these years of going there no more Grinders for this girl.

So when I arrived there was a worker laughing and crawling on the floor on all fours in the kitchen, weird but I paid for my food and was on my way. We had to turn around because our order was wrong and called ahead to tell them what had happened. When I arrived I had to wait for a manager who was on the phone, ok, so when she found the time to come up and talk to me she informed me that my new sub was ready but that the fault was mine for the first (which it wasn’t) and therefore I would have to pay again to get my sub. NO, and never again! Also what I did have was not a Mancino’s grinder, which I love and drove out of my way for; the bread is mediocre, the cheese is minimal, and the bacon soggy. Instead of a well dressed crisp grinder I got a soggy poorly topped sub that may have seen the inside of an over or a microwave I can’t be sure which, but neither for long, that’s for sure. The star that they did get is for the very nice young lady that I initially met at the register hopefully she gets out of there before she picks up any habits from her coworkers.

Chicken parm grinder is pitiful. Bits of chopped up chicken on a bun with barely any cheese and the sauce was skimpy also. Don’t bother. Service was good though. The waitress was very pleasant.

Ordered a buffalo chicken grinder. Pre-frozen chicken strips drizzled terribly in hot sauce, minimal cheese, the wrong dressing (Italian, instead bleu cheese). To top it off the chips that were served were crumbles at most. Absolutely terrible experience. Waited well over a half hour for a very simple order.
