We order from this Mancino’s a lot and they almost always mess up our order. We say we want a large pizza with half combo and half with pepperoni only and extra cheese. They always find a way to give us something else, we get home open the box and surprise! You get a meat lovers without extra cheese, or something else.
Yesterday we ordered a pizza, went in to pick up the pizza after waiting the 35 minute wait and they had no power. The employee said that they couldn’t give us the pizza because they weren’t authorized to do the transaction without the cash register. The power didn’t come back on and we didn’t get our pizza in spite of the fact it was sitting there in the box staring us in the face. They said that they couldn’t even accept the exact amount in cash. They should have just given us the pizza and we could have came back the next day and paid.
Their pizza is good, especially if you order with extra cheese, but we are beginning to ask ourselves if it’s worth all the effort. We ended up making our own pizza at home.

It’s been a number of years since I’ve been to this mancinos. First impression was ….. Are they open ? Had the place to ourselves. The ordering process was made harder due to no prices on menu board. Odd. That done having ordered a calzone for myself and my lovely lady a little 4″ beef grinder. Not a clean table in the place. Expecting poor food. We were pleased to receive great food and done quickly. So if ya don’t want fancy dinning environment

Tryed to order pizza and subs for a week and they always are not able to deliver only deliver if they have a driver ….one employee said go to ninos pizza so I found them and to say the least much better food and service than I have ever gotten at this mancinos ……THIS STORE IS NOTHING LIKE THE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY AS THE STORES IN KALAMAZOO OR MATTAWAN ….it’s a shame my order totalled over $ 116 dollars for an evening for the family and they sent it to another restaurant

So I’ll give this 5 stars for the food. The salads and calzones were great! Efficient waitstaff. The guy we ordered from could have been a bit more helpful. We were first timers in there and you order at the counter and, well a few descriptions on what was what when we asked questions would have smoothed out the ordering process. But I would not demote a place for that. The other employees zipped out our order as it came. A.bit of a diner feel. Food was nice surprise:-)

Normally our food and service has been good but today the female working at the Gobles site was rude to my husband. Then when we opened the sandwiches after getting home there wasn’t even enough meat to cover the bread. So over half my sandwich went to the dog. Then I called to speak to the manager and a female answered and she didn’t even want to hear my complaint and said all she could do is let the manager know. Well I wonder how she was going to do that without my name or even without knowing what my complaint was. Probably won’t go back. Never had an issue until today.

We ordered 4 items. Two orders of wings and two pizzas. The wings were ice cold. We ordered at 701 pm and picked up at 740 They told us to give them about half and hourish. We live about 5 mins from the store. We immediately opened the wings first. Cold. Like they were from the fridge.
The pizza had onions when we ordered one without. When I call they said you have to bring the food back for a refund. I just got home I didn’t want to leave again (I wasn’t in the mood because I wouldn’t have been nice).
The guy one the phone was just like you have to bring them back and then just hung up no waiting for an answer just dial tone. Never going back.
