First time here. I had the Crab Cakes with Red Beans and Rice vary good. Party of 5 and everyone raved about their dish. We will be back for sure.
Ok, we’re back and I had the fried shrimp po boy. Dude!! Had a few of the shimp by them self.. Excellent

The food here is delicious. We had dinner as a family and ended up ordering a little of everything and there were no complaints. I had fried catfish and shrimp and they were delicious. The servings were huge as well. I think they are still working through some kinks as far as the employees were concerned but the manager was extremely friendly. I don’t think you’ll find better seafood in the area!

The place is new, but they were on top of their game. The manager was checking on everyone and their food, and the shrimp and fish was the best I’ve had since I’ve been in KY. The cocktail sauce was homemade too.
For those that left a bad review cause of times, again, they are new and just figuring things out. If you want fast fried oysters, go to Popeyes. Stop here if you want something new in town and great in quality. Any place that puts real Louisiana hot sauce (red dot) at every table, and not Tabasco, is a winner in my eyes.

1st time here and I was pretty impressed. The Philly cheese steak was better than most. The fish was excellent. Their sweet tea is really good. My portions were pretty significant. 5 stars for now. Hopefully they will have combo deals or something to bring the price down a bit. 22$ for one adult and kids fish was quite expensive, two large drinks for just under 4$. Quality does seem above fast food level. I will go back!

Today was our first time here, so we ordered a bunch to see what we liked. I think there were only 2 people working. The customer service was wonderful, exactly what I love to see. The food is insanely good. My only issue was that we received the fish poboy instead of shrimp like we ordered and we got ranch instead of tarter and plain ketchup instead of cocktail sauce. Simple mistakes so it wasn’t a big deal, the fish poboy was good anyway and we had the other condiments at home.

So first time there. We ordered our food to go. Didn’t order drinks but the manager gave us free drinks while we waited. No long wait times. The shrimp was huge and quite delicious. Philly cheese steak was by far one of the best around. Definitely go back again. Great staff as well!!

The shrimp salad and fried green tomatoes were mouthwatering! The staff was friendly and fast getting the food out despite being busy. The chicken wings were not that “appetizing” We had an issue with them not being cleaned properly, they still had hair on the skin. They took care of it right away. GOOD JOB.. I will be back.

Today wasn’t our first time here and every time we’ve been here the food has been Amazing! The Catfish is my favorite but the Burgers are delicious and so is the Shrimp and Chicken Strips. Plus our cashier Christina was very friendly. I highly recommend giving Sam’s Southern Eatery a try!!! I know we will be going back.

My first time I went was yesterday,and the food is amazing. The fried shrimp is so legit. The portions for the price is excellent. I’m definitely going back even though it is 15 miles from me. I don’t care the seasoning was so wonderful.
