When I tell you this food was amazing, it’s a complete understatement!!! First time eating there and we will definitely be back!! I haven’t had fish that good since I left South Georgia over 12 years ago! We got take out and it was hot and fresh even though they were packed out, it took no time to get our food out fresh! Way to go Sam’s southern Eatery! Top notch and definitely got repeat customers out of us!

Do not skip on this place!!! Good menu selection of burgers, catfish, shrimp and more. Southern style done right!! Generous portions, we will have dinner tomorrow. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food has great flavor with crispy batter and flavorful dipping sauces. Try the onion rings for an appetizer, they are wonderful!!

I give this place a 10 out of 10; the food was amazing, great customer service. I recommend the fish for sure and their biscuits are like a hybrid or something between like cornbread and a dinner roll. I do have one complaint and that is I ordered the lemon pepper wings, now don’t get me wrong I like lemon pepper wings but these wings were overly seasoned with lemon pepper and I could barely eat them but if you get just regular wings I will recommend those, they are very good.

Amazing place, great food, super nice and very generous owners. Some of the best fried fish and shrimp I’ve had. Pro tip: you can get anything grilled instead of fried for an extra $1 I believe but it’s 100% worth it!
