Just went in to have pizza and lemonade on a long bike trip on the MOT. Won’t go back there anytime soon till they clean it up. The gelato case was so dirty you couldn’t see the product…and the restroom was entirely another matter. They should rethink what their staff should be doing while waiting for customers.

I went to this location a few weeks ago to get a couple of slices to go for lunch. They were really good, large slices, and I enjoyed my lunch immensely. Today I ordered the vegetarian pizza and was just as happy. They don’t skimp on the vegetables and there were 6 pieces in a small square so enough for 3 meals if one has self control. I don’t as it was too good so there’s only enough for 2 meals but very well done!

Have ordered here for the last 12 years and tonight takes the cake. An order or pasta that basically looks like someone already had the first helping. Just to call and receive no input from anyone working there. Pretty sad day most likely will be driving to 24mile and van dyke location since they’ve dropped the bag at this location.

Tried Sorrento’s for the first time today, and I have to say I am beyond impressed!! The pizza was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, with a perfect balance of crispy crust, rich sauce, and crispy pepperoni. Not to mention the cheese bread that I’m taking a bite out of as I’m typing this! You can tell as soon as you take the first bite that they use quality ingredients. Anthony greeted me with kindness and respect, which instantly made the place feel welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Between the great food and the way they treat their customers, I’ll definitely be coming back. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and stop by!!

Ordered a pizza, said it would be 15 minutes. When I got there they said 5 more minutes ended up waiting 30 minutes. Ended up canceling my order, the staff tried telling me 2 more minutes left. After waiting an additional 30 minutes. They said their ovens were not working properly, but during that time the staff was yelling at each other and swearing. Very unprofessional. They were talking about getting out at 8 so they were rushing the food 7/10/25 7pm. Very disappointed, just wanted to try a new pizza spot.

Pretty good pizza! The crust is a tad bland but it’s fresh and fluffy. The pizza is good, convenient location. I’d say they are a smidge better than LC (we like LC a lot actually lol) but we are excited to try their other items next time.

Just ordered from this location tonight for dinner. Took over an hour for delivery. The delivery guy got here and hands us the pizza sideways and continues to say it’s ok, everything is fine. You don’t hand somebody there pizza sideways, all the toppings and cheese will slide. He continued to say it will be fine. The pizza wasn’t even warm, had to put it in the microwave to warm the pizza up. Poor delivery service, poor food quality.

We’ve been frequenting this establishment for several years, but lately, we’ve noticed a decline in their standards. The restroom cleanliness is an issue, the late-night staff closes up shop prematurely, and the pizza preparation leaves much to be desired – often undercooked, requiring us to send it back for proper cooking. Our latest attempt at this resulted in disappointment as they closed just after serving us at 8:15 PM. While we used to enjoy our visits here, the current experience doesn’t justify the high pizza prices. One instance involved a 17.99-dollar “Big Fat Greek” small square pizza with the lettuce beneath the cheese remaining crunchy, and the dough turning out squishy. It’s possible that rushed staff, perhaps eager to leave for the night, contributed to these issues.
