Great crust! You can always tell when a pie crust is bought or made. My guess is this crust was made in Sam’s giant Hobart from a 50lb bag of flour. A handful, pinch, splash and a lot of love. 24 hours later you get this crust. Wonderful yeasty floury deliciousness. And so much better than any mailman dough. Hello, any Pizza franchise ever.

My pizza was beautiful! It was amazing! It was the best pizza I have ever had. Seriously. The crust was golden and tender, and cooked to perfection. Too often I get pizza with tough, burnt crust. Not today! Not at Sam’s on Riverside! Our server, Matt, was extremely attentive, entertaining, and cute! Great service!! This restaurant is incredible. All three of us had stupendous meals. It seems like that doesn’t happen very often when we go out anymore. P.S. Even the salad dressing was perfection. My ranch dressing tasted home made and had real dill in it. My husband’s french dressing was delicious too. And the butter was soft and easy to spread on the lovely bread. I hate it when the butter is rock hard and you tear your bread apart trying to spread it. ❤️. Sam’s is AWESOME!!

This was a very wonderful surprise! Our first stop on our vacation and I would definitely make way back here someday! Amazing sauces, salad was very satisfying and the help was top notch! Of course the hand made New York Style Cheesecake was a hit too! Wish we had a Sams Ristorante closer to Peoria!

We arrived without a reservation and were warmly welcomed to a comfortable booth. The waiter made some suggestions which were spot on. We drove from Maine to North Dakota and beyond and this was by far the friendliest restaurant with the highest quality of food. The owner/manager came and conversed with us at our table and made us feel so welcome. Old school class with a great menu. Prices were reasonable as well. Very happy Canadians.

We had a celebration of life here on Sunday afternoon. Our party was 80 people of varying ages.The service was impeccable, the food was plentiful, hot and delicious. Many of the guests commented on how delicious the food was. The friendliness of the staff and the willingness to work together together to achieve success is out of bounds. Thank you Gino and Joe for making this celebration everything mom would have wanted!

Good place to have a private party the banquet hall is big enough for around 200 people or maybe more. They also have plenty of parking to accommodate the banquet hall patrons and the restaurant patrons at the same time, without any issues. The food is good, but the bartender and the wait staff are too slow. They also don’t maintain the bathrooms very well while your having your party. The acoustics and lighting are not that great. I also hope they add more stalls in the women’s bathroom. From the beginning of the party until the end, ladies had to wait in a long line to use the bathroom.
