First order in a while so I got my usual favorites, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and tried an empanada, which was new to me. The empanada was such a surprise and def my new favorite! The crust was perfect, as was the flavor of the beef. Even the sauce was so good I used it on my tenders. I hope they keep these bc I def need another one or 3

just got my delivery… So I’m sure this isn’t normal, but I’ll include photos. They left the cooking grate on our pizza (lol). We’ll return it I guess. And the cheese steak is not a cheese steak, but it’s close enough. Similar to the ghost kitchen at IHOP. Tasty.
Their pizza is always great though tbh. Stand by that. The fries are soggy. Need to be cooked longer, more crispy.

I order the bogo xl cheese pizza double cut; I also ask that the pizza isn’t burnt to where the crust is hard and dark brown on the bottom because my autistic son will not eat his food, however it’s barely ever cooked the way, I ask/request, if it wasn’t from my autistic son only eating Sam’s pizza, I truly wouldn’t order from here due to the fact my request are barely ever honored, I order from this Sam’s Pizza&Subs all the time sometimes twice a week. Please if you’re not going to honor the service your company offer remove it from the list of options.

There was a chicken bone in my BBQ Chicken Pizza. It was about an inch long and broken. I’m just glad my kid or I didn’t end up swallowing it.

Services was excellent and very friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The wings were crispy just the way I like it and my wife enjoyed her pizza. The kids thought the green peppers weren’t cut up small enough because there were big chunks on their pizza. Overall pretty good experience.

Meatballs on sub tasted like wet cat food smells. Took one bite then called for a refund, all they could do was a credit for another sub. Nice people but do not order meatballs.

No matter what there is always superb customer service. Transparent on the time that my order would be ready so that I not have to wait. Customer service was top tier when I came in to pick up my 2 pizzas. Even though it was close to closing they treated my order as if it was the first order of the day.

I was visiting from out of town and my son was begging for pizza. Found this little spot and I wasn’t let down. My son devoured the whole box to himself. The slice I tasted was cheesy and the crust was perfect. The ham and cheese sub was ok. If visit again if I could.
