I’ve ate here plenty of times before and the food is really good don’t get me wrong, but I’ve had two delivery experiences from DoorDash in which my order was wrong. I don’t eat beef much, so I usually order the chicken philly. The first time I ordered food from them on Doordash I recieved steak instead of chicken. I bit the bullet and ate it because it’s not that big of a deal plus they accidentally gave me an extra order of fries, wrong sandwich but double the fries ♂️. Today, I ordered again through Doordash the same exact thing but I added a half gallon of sweet tea. This time, I got the correct sandwich, no fries and instead of a half gallon of tea, I got a half gallon of some super watery lemon drink (tastes like the syrup in the fountain drink ran out, water with a hint of lemon flavor). I hate to leave a negative review because the food is actually good.

Use to be one of my favorite places to eat. Lately some of the food has been overcooked. Tenders were overcooked and They told me this is how they are supposed to look. Didnt want to make fresh tenders. The fries are always good though.

They use DoorDash and DoorDash has no real valve for a review so I have no choice but to leave it with the restaurant. Despite my easy request through DoorDash for a delivery regarding extra ketchup, I receive three tiny packets of ketchup. If they want to use the service, they need to find out why this sort of communication is taking place. My suggestion: don’t use any delivery service with Sam’s unless you don’t have any requests.

I ate here 2 yrs ago and was not impressed. The food was greasy. I haven’t been back because it just seemed off. I think it was named Fox’s then, and they had just taken over.
Fast forward to 2024, and I was looking for something to eat & clicked Google maps and hit restaurants. Saw there was this place called Sam’s and clicked “Start.” When I arrived, I said to myself, “oh!No.” I ended up going to a restaurant in front of this one, and I really didn’t want to go to that one.
I am not sure if it changed hands again, or they just changed the name.
That day, I just didn’t want to be disappointed when I was really hungry. Maybe I will try it again when I am back in that neck of the woods.

I really enjoy this place for carry out. Its not fancy by any means, and not a place i would ever go to eat in, but has good prices and everything i ordered is always solid. I havent tried the pizza, but Lasagna and subs are quite good

Pizza was very good (even by this Jersey Girl’s standard). Lots of yummy cheese, plenty of tasty sausage, decent crust (a little crisper on the bottom and it would have been 5 stars). Service was friendly, fast and price was very reasonable. $7.99 special for a “large” (more like a medium back home). All good.

Food is fantastic, I love there food and I can not express just how great the food is here. The best Steak n cheese I have had in Greensboro. I’m from DC and it’s been a challenge finding the kind of food I’m use to. My go to for subs. Also appreciate them going above and beyond after Door Dash sent me incorrect dessert. I ordered cheese cake and dasher grabbed chocolate cake. The store sending their own driver to bring me what I actually ordered. I’m waiting for it now. However I had to give them Kudos for going above and beyond. So great food, great service, you want be disappointed! Order from there website.

I really like this place. The food is usually really good. Not sure if they have their own delivery people, but they have always been friendly. The only reason I can’t do 5 stars is the online ordering is a little wonky. Some of the prices have changed to things that don’t make sense and a few of the items have some bugs or options that don’t make sense. I definitely recommend this place either way.
Edit: thanks for replying. I love to see a business do that, bumped to 5 stars and I’m gonna start calling to order. I’d rather just interface with you guys rather than menufy. Never had a bad experience with the staff so I’m sure it will work out!

My burger was great, however I paid extra for bacon that was not on my burger. The fries were great. The garden salad was a hit for the room and the chocolate cake and strawberry cheese cake was on point also but I can say I wish they were larger portions! Would have been a 5 star if I had gotten my bacon and eating utensils!
