I’ve ordered here before. It’s usually pretty good, and it’s hard to be picky when there aren’t many vegetarian options around. But today there was something black and hard in my eggplant sub… Not sure what it was, but I don’t think it was food. Maybe burnt plastic. Either way, I had to throw it all out.

Ordered here for the first time last night. Was very impressed and I tend to be on the picky side. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a large Philly cheese steak sandwich to share. They are pretty far from my house and I was afraid the food would be cold and soggy. Neither happened and the flavors were wonderful. Delivery was quick. I look forward to trying out more food from them!

I ordered delivery and it was the wrong order. When I called back to have the order replaced I was told that what I ordered is only allowed for pick-up. (So fries instead of salad is only for pick up). When the delivery guy came he asked for the old order back, which is actually against code, and it was already thrown away. When I told him that he said he couldn’t give me my correct order so I told him to take the food back and have the manager call me for a full refund. He SHOUTED at me saying “You’re not getting a refund because you are trying to screw us over! Have a nice day!” and then sped out of the parking lot. He did this in a place of business! If we loose customers over this then we can sue him and the business for that loss. So I just lost $20 and no food because the delivery driver had to run his attitude. Nor I or my business will be ordering from them again and I will make sure no one I know will be either.

I ordered a order for co workers at the hospital. It was 5 different people orders and they were very patient with taking the order. The driver came and the total was incorrect and there was a bit of a mix up. When it was brought to manager attention, he went out of his way to bring me the difference. Made me feel like there is still good people out here! Co workers said the food was delicious by the way!

Ordered a large pizza w/2 liter. Had a flyer and coupon from my hotel for $15.95 Arrived with the pizza wrong, and 2 cans of soda. Delivery driver Informs me no cards, cash only. So after driving to the nearest ATM, he tells me the total is 26$ even when I show him the coupon for what I ordered. Aside from the guy taking my order being rude, seems like a pretty good reason why you may want to avoid this place.

Went today with my roommate, we both ordered separately. Only one other person was waiting on their food. Was told it would be 20 minutes after in the oven for one item, I had no problem waiting so ordered anyway. 30 minutes later I got two parts of my order and I asked on the status of the third and final item- heard the chef audibly laugh as he put it in the oven. Chefs weren’t wearing masks. Stood at the counter for several minutes without being spoken to when I tried to ask any questions. Awful service, won’t be back.

I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and wing meal which came up to $39 and some change. Which both of my burgers was wrong. Only wanted mayo&ketcup on one and grilled onions on the other one…simple. We stopped by for a bite to eat after dropping my sister off at college. It’s definitely not the fanciest place to eat, but boy was it delicious. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings with fries and a drink. The lemon pepper wings were so crispy and flavorful! The fries were seasoned very well. Next time we come to visit, I’ll be sure to stop by again. Another plus was that there was an outlet to charge our phones!

Extremely disappointing. After ordering the pizza about 9:45 p.m. and checking the status at 11 p.m. and then again at 12:05 am, I finally got a call from the delivery man that was at the wrong hotel. Even though the receipt contained the correct hotel name. I decided to order from this place because it was late, I was hungry, and nothing else was open. Knowing what I know now I would have just going to bed hungry. I only ate one piece of the pizza because it wasn’t very good to begin with. Don’t waste your time, or money

Tonight I ordered Sam’s through UberEats. My original order was 10 jumbo wings for $16.99. I thought that was a bit pricey for wings, but I’ve ordered other items from them in the past and have been satisfied. A few minutes after placing the order, Sam’s called to let me know that they were out of regular wings but could replace them with their boneless wings. I agreed to the switch, thinking that the boneless wings would also be “jumbo.” However, the boneless wings that arrived were more like 10 tiny, burnt chicken nuggets, nowhere near worth the $17 I paid for them. I was very disappointed and will likely order elsewhere for late night eats.
