What a joke. Place was filthy. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Got a chicken salad wrap and paid 12 dollars for it. There was almost no chicken salad on it. What a joke. I just with some one would take pride in doing a good job. Sam’s used to be reliable when we were kids. Now its a cold dirty dungeon ripping hard working folks off. Despicable.

Good food but when eating a the restaurant it was not peaceful. Lots of screaming in the back teenage girls and a few times I thought someone was seriously hurt. I definitely understand fun at work, but it was not conducive to creating a good experience out to eat. I thought someone genuinely got seriously hurt working behind the counter a few times.

We live close by its perfect place to get a quick little dinner. The first time we ordered there, I showed up during the pick up time and they haven’t even started my order just completely forgot. Ordered again today, they made my wife’s sandwich but forgot to make my calzone. Truly don’t know how it happens. We love the food it’s delicious just slacking lately is all. (My wife’s sandwich had one slice of turkey)

Had a little mess up/ mistake on my order the day before and when I called for it today, the manager that’s was on the 3pm shift, was amazing. She made me the best sandwich/ calzone I have ever had. I wish I got her name. I recommend this place for sure, especially when she’s making it!! She did AMAZING! Woman needs a raise!!

Food is good here and the environment is relaxing. They have music playing while you eat. Not much wait time on your food. They also let you use more than one coupon at a time.

I went with my friend and I normally love it here but the girl who took the order didn’t acknowledge me and let me friend order and gave her the total before I could say anything I asked for pepperoni Genoa salami and cheese oil salt pepper and she told the order back to me I said yes and she put all the veggies on there even though I told her not to I would have said something but she was the person in charge at the time so instead of having her pick them off veggies sever me the same sandwich I’ll just do it myself

If have always ordered a buffalo chix wrap, in Topsham and it was awesome, ordered tonight in lisbon falls, first the order was incorrect, drove back to get the right wrap, brought it home it was disgusting, and I should have know by the attitude of the young lady with the Braids, no personality, lastly time ordering from Lisbon Falls Sams.
