I got a Caesar salad from here and the romaine was not good. I called and they gave me another but then as I was eating it there was a bug in it. I feel bad for writing bad reviews but I hope this review will make them sure of preparing and serving foods better.

I would give it five stars as the ham Italian is my favorite but each time I get a new sandwich, it is different than the others while I get the same thing every time. Sometimes I love it, other times it’s not as tasty. I wish it were more uniform on how the Italians are made.

I am a long time Sam’s customer for over 40 years and have been to this location a number of times and always a great experience. Recently I stopped in for a bite on my way to my second job. I ordered a Mini Ham Pizza which came back as Cheese. They immediately made me another but made me a 10 inch for the trouble and I absolutely ate every bite, graciously. Very friendly service and the great Sam’s food you would expect.

Normally really great experience and delicious food, my last visit though was not so much. My family and I each said we wanted salt pepper and oil and none of us got any. I also asked for extra tomatoes but no to yhe other veggies and got charged an extra $1.20 even though I just had tomatoes on it. I know many places do that though so I wasn’t that surprised until I opened my sandwich to find maybe one extra slice of tomato on my Italian vs my family members who got regular tomatoes. Very frustrated and disappointed in this expirence. Sorry for the lanthy comment.
