If you are anywhere nearby stop for lunch. The food is awesome. Southern comfort food, none better. Just like grandma’s. I’ve never been disappointed. This place is just as you would expect in a delta town.

Well worth getting off the interstate while traveling through!!! Some of the best food we have ever eaten. The roast beef melted in the mouth. Excellent food and great people. Will be stopping again on the way back if it’s during their business hours!

Treated my dad to breakfast at Sam’s Diner this morning. The food was by far the best in town! Fresh to order food with a plate that held more than i could eat. For the both of us it was only $12! Well worth a try if you are in the area, it is the best in town! Great service, great food!

If I could give them no stars I would eggs are watery tiny portions…..rude service wont take checks or debit or credit….Sam’s wife was our waitress but he tells us she doesnt even work there hair in our food the place looks like it should have been condemned 10 years ago mold on the walls the only reason we stayed to eat is because we were on a time crunch and couldnt find another place to eat in time!!! It was $25 to eat but wasnt worth $2!!!! The cook sam claims hes legally blind so couldnt work the credit card machine but was cooking our food no wonder it was terrible my two year old will eat ANYTHING but wouldnt touch their food you cannot be rude to customers and yell at them just because you dont want to work!!!

Breakfast is not their specialty unless you like toaster waffles and raw bacon. They never came around to warm up our coffee and lost a future customer.

We stopped to take a chance on our road trip and smelled like old grease as we came in. The door to the kitchen (?!) was open and after glancing inside it we went straight back out the door.

They were fast and thier food taste amazing especially thier rolls and mash potatoes perfect combo. You have to try it just once with thier daily specials and thier strawberry shortcake you wont regret it
