Ordered food over the phone…cheesesteak sub was loaded with meat and tasted fairly good. The “buffalo wings combo” was a fair portion; fries and wings were crispy (buffalo is NOT like the typical sauce, more dry and different flavor). Also, there was no ranch dressing or ketchup.

I called to order a pancake meal with sausage egg and cheese, an additional plain pancake, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich 7.08 for meal 2.99 for pancake and 3.69 for sandwich which should have come to $14.59 after tax. But she told me $17 and some change. When I called back to let her know the price was too high she stated I had to come in because there were too many customers on the phone, which made no sense because why would I come in if we don’t agree on a price, and why would she even start making food if we didn’t agree on a price. She then hung up in my face. I tried to call again she hung up on me again. Sam is no longer the owner. His customer service was better and the food was better when he was there. They clearly don’t care about providing good customer service any more. They can kick rocks. I will not be doing business there anymore. It’s just messed up because they are close to my house and I love pancakes in the morning. I called double T diner and spent $27. I’d rather do that than be treated less than human by Sam’s deli.

Everytime I come in it seems like different people work here. New owners seem to care more and not allow young kids to hang outside. But…the last day I came in a bunch of young kids were in front making a music video and it smelled like weed heaven. The store seemed to have stuff that they should not be selling like cakes and donuts from a larger pack and they selling individual. The prices are high. A gallon of juice was almost 4.00 vs Giant supermarket which I consider high only was 3.50 for the same brand.

The neighborhood store for my community. Nice for convenience and in walking distance. They have great old favorites I enjoy having. They sell hot food never tried it, but I’ve seen people order it. I enjoy a place other then the 7-11 to patronize.

I’ve been hearing a lot of talk about Sam’s Deli and Grocery everybody is saying that they have amazing food great chicken box and french fries I went there tonight and I waited 35 minutes for my order to be completed I was very excited with the anticipation of being blown away with an amazing chicken Box I told the gentleman that I wanted my wings extra crispy when I finally got my order I wasn’t very pleased my French fries were great I will admit that they have a great french fry my chicken wings weren’t fried crispy at all and they will very Bland no season at all I enjoyed the french fries much more than I enjoyed the chicken wings I may give these guys one more shot I’ll try their Cheesesteak sub and see how that goes but my first experience wasn’t a great experience I’ll have to give these guys two Stars
