I went to eat at Sam’s Club’s food court last Thursday, August 29, 2024, and the line was long because there were only 2 employees working. I fully observed how these 2 hard working good employees were doing their job under stress and difficult situation (i.e., long line, under staff, etc.). They were both amazing as they did their work with precision, cooperation, and in control of the situation. These are the kind of employees I will definitely retain and award for their excellent demeanor under stressful situation. Kudos to Alex and the other guy (who I forgot his name – I am sorry for that)!

Usually I love this store when it comes to shopping and gas, but calling them is a nightmare. They hardly ever answer the phone and if they do it takes nearly 5 mins for someone to pick up. Other than that the store is pretty nice.
