Every single time I visit, the ice machines don’t work, or they are out of pizzas. Every. Single. Time. And now management forces them to use our membership card to buy anything from the Cafe. So Lame. If you’re worried about that, how about you check memberships at the door like Costco?? The Cafe is chronically understaffed. The disrepair and poor planning for food stock has occurred one too many times. Going to Costco from now on for cafe and shopping in general. Sam’s management needs to get it together.

They do have good pizza, unfortunately thier service is definitely lacking especially compared to costco. Costcos food court has it down to a science! Sams club should take a few tips. Sams always closes thier cafe early, they don’t take 0hone orders for whole pizzas, they tell you that you have to go in, but when you go in they tell you they can’t make whole pizzas ordered in club unless you order it in the app, which half the time isn’t even given as an option on the app. I will continue giving costco my money.

This is a great place to have a quick snack! The prices are great!! They always have specials and there are always plenty of items waiting. Pizza is great: per also are great: ice cream and smoothies are a fantastic value: also the large drinks are under a dollar with free refills. Plenty of seating and environment is warm. Overall best option for quick bite after or before shopping at Sams Club. :-))
