Never have more than 2 employees working, very slow with zero initiative to get items out timely. The wait between ordering your food and waiting to receive it is frankly ridiculous. Whomever makes the decision on the number of people they hire to work behind the food counter should be ashamed of themselves.

I live nearby and end up at Sam’s for shopping 1-3 times per week. The cafe seems to be out of something about 50% of the time (fountain drinks, pizza, frozen yogurt, pretzels). Occasionally they just close it all together for some reason. Often scan and go shows things being out of stock, but they have them available if you wait in line. Just poorly managed I think.

I love Sam’s Cafe, but this one is always out of pizza and ice cream. For no reason. I try to do Scan and Go, and it says it’s out. I see a bunch of people walk away with pizzas. Did you think about making more pizzas? What are you McDonalds?

The register I guess is broke at the cafe. And they expect you to log in to your phone so if you don’t have the scan and go don’t bother coming here.Cause they can’t help you… what a waste of time
