Took over 15 minutes to get a slice of pizza. Was not even busy, they moved like snails. And have no sense of order of operations.
I’ve never had this problem at Costco Café. Seems they need some Chick-fil-A training.

Extremely poor service. I called ahead to order a pizza (as I’ve done for years at other locations), and they told me with an attitude that you cannot call in an order. We drove 20 minutes to go place the order in person, and when we finally did, they told us they were out of pepperoni. Meanwhile, the worker behind her was cutting a fresh pepperoni pizza. Even so, aren’t we standing in a grocery store which has pepperoni? Ended up leaving empty handed. Usually not the type to leave reviews, let alone for a dinky little cafe, but this was disappointing.

The older lady does not seem to care that much about her job, she is rude and overall left a sour taste in my mouth. I work in customer service and that was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Last time we came, they had filled our cups of frozen yogurt generously,but this time around we got around less than half full, if that.
