Understaffed front counter. They usually have only one person at the front and they move at a snail’s pace. Even worse is around dinner time with long lines. Doesn’t matter if you order in person or order in the app, you still wait while the one cashier moves between in person and order pickup lines.

Food is ok. Wish Sam’s has more variety like Costco, but you get what you pay for. Pizza is meh, hot dogs, pretzels, and ice cream are good.

This location for the cafe has gone incredibly down hill over the years. The food in the window is all old and the workers move at a snails pace. We have tried and tried again but we are done. We won’t be visiting this location again. The competition in town (Costco) is lightning speed and always has fresh and ready items ready immediately.
