I was greeted by the dead-eyed employee with no name tag who informed me that there was no ice in the machines. When I inquired about the water bottle station, she mentioned that it sometimes works, but it never does when I come here. Every time I visit, it’s with the same low energy, get out of my face attitude. It doesn’t matter who the person is management really needs to focus on this area. It’s customer Service is pathetically, poor and substandard.
