Today December 3, 2024 I went shopping for our business. I stopped at the food court While I’m waiting I was looking at the workers. One of the workers was preparing hotdogs and handling cash from customers and back to touching hotdogs with the same gloves. This is not the first time that I seen this. There is no protocol for food safety. I’ve been a Chef 17 years and this is not safe to eat at all. Sam’s Club managers you need to give more training and follow through with your employees about food, safety, cross-contamination, and disease They can cause sickness on your customers.
