We wanted to pay cash to buy a fresh hot pizza after shopping & checking out. We did not realize they had removed the register at the Cafe. They had 2 registers open with lines that were exceptionally long & carts full to the brim. They would not open a new register for us to place an order and pay cash. We were told we could not make a purchase at customer service. We are very disappointed with the change. The 2 ladies at the self checkout could have cared less when I asked for help. I’m not ever going to the cafe again!

I went there to order three slices of pizza for me and my family after we finished grocery shopping. I didn’t realize that they went away with their registers. I was confused on how to go about ordering, so I asked this older woman for help. Her name was Jessica and she was rude towards me and my wife, and she made it clear she didn’t care for our business. She told us that she couldn’t help us and to go figure it out ourselves. This doesn’t match the normal customer service i’ve received from Sam’s before. I will not be returning, and i’m sure i’m not the only person she’s caused Sam’s to lose business from.
