This place is consistent… consistently getting your order wrong!!! I don’t understand. The most basic orders are wrong, breakfast sandwiches have been wet/wrapped poorly, forgets ketchup, wrong cream cheese, barely any cream cheese, too much cream cheese, and other requests screwed up all the time! The staff is miserable and unfriendly. It’s like your order is a big inconvenience to them. Definitely have had plenty of breakfasts and lunches ruined because of the wrong orders. I’m done with this place. I’d rather drive 20 min out of town than down the road for a bagel.

The ladies are running around like it’s a fire drill. It’s seems overwhelming. I asked for small coffee. She charged me and I had to figure it out for myself to get it from front. The bagel was good but, no effort put into proper cream cheese amount. I’m giving a two-star because the bagel taste good, but interaction and everything else was bad.

Bagels are good but I’m upset I got over charged for 2 #2 with a snapple. The cost of of bagel sandwich of egg and Taylor ham is $7.00 and I got charged $19.03??? I will not go again I can go to another bagel spot and get 3 bagel sandwiches with cheese no extra for that and 2 extra bagels with butter for 20 bucks and they are just as good. I’m sorry for going there and more for getting riped off and also when a brand new person goes please let the person check the menu for a few minutes give them time to check it out no need to Rush. I know you have a lot clients coming in but damn give the people a chance to see what they really want to order. I don’t like that so no I won’t go again.

All the bagels are terrific…the place could use a refresh. The staff are consistently grumpy looking, especially the cashier. A smile goes a long way. Customer appreciation is part of my love language.
