So far great! Just got back from Cabo and craving just a regular Fettuccine Alfredo, creamy, cheesy and with chicken chunks. Delicious. Then a Four cheese Pizza. Fair price. View is OUTSTANDING, Pier, Ocean, Marine Birds, surfers… unbeatable sunsets

LOVE this place. Been here multiple times (as Sea 180, Toasted, and now Sammy’s). We had a great experience every time. Wait staff is always fantastic. Food is delicious and the atmosphere/view is unreal (sunset is dreamy) A+++

My husband and I just came from brunch and it was great! Alfred waited on us and was attentive, but respectful of our space. We both ordered a different eggs benny dish and both were absolute . And those hash brown balls… *chef’s kiss*. We’ll definitely be back!

The first time I came I was greeted by Javier the manager. I came with my Frenchie and we had an amazing time. Then we came again and Jose was our server , as before great hospitality, great recommendations and over all everything was great. Luis also came and brought our food and everyone greets us with a smile as if we were friends for years. Awesome view , delicious food and the service is even better. We will keep coming back for sure. Also thanks Michael from Roppongi. Thanks guys!

Erika was an absolute saint! Wonderfully thoughtful and friendly service! She took care of us during our brunch experience and even took a moment to enjoy the dolphins with us. The food was truly phenomenal, and she was a pleasure to chat with! This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time, and Erika was the highlight!

Got some strips and veggies for the kiddo.Uneatable chicken strips due to so much salty seasoning and that’s after waiting 25-30min(they told me it would be 10 when I ordered). Uncomfortable looks and vibe from workers. Didn’t have issues with the stay at the hotel but this restaurant experience made the whole experience no so satisfied. Hotel should reevaluate the relationship with this restaurant that’s making them look bad.

We had an amazing meal and fantastic service at Sammy’s in Imperial Beach last night during Happy Hour. I’m a long time customer of Sammy’s restaurants in San Diego and have always loved their salads and woodfired pizzas. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the food on the menu. I ate at the Mission Valley location for decades (sadly closed now), then Scripps Ranch, then 7 Mile Casino in Chula Vista and now I’m excited that we have one in I.B! The remodel they did is beautiful and the restaurant has one of the best views in San Diego. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Unfortunately, the service was so awful here we never even got to eat! We went for our anniversary & waited around 7 minutes for a host to approach us & seat us. After we were seated, the waitress came to our table with an attitude. We made the mistake of offering to pay for a bread order & asking if there was anchovy in the Caesar dressing. She huffed & told us she would.have to go back to kitchen to ask – we said fine. That was the last we saw of her. We sat at the table for over 12 minutes after she left. So long that another server & a host asked if they could help us. Finally, tired of waiting for her to return, without even a glass of water given to us, we got up to leave. On our way out we saw our server simply standing behind the bar. We told hostess we were leaving because our server never returned to the table. At that point, the server nastily said to us, “Bye!” So obviously they do not care. Additionally, the manager saw us sitting at the table without service the entire time & never came over to see what was happening. My advice, avoid this place at all costs.

We are locals and all of our usual local places were slammed. The view was great. The breakfast quesadilla was massive! My son usually needs more than one entree but it was so big it filled them right up. There was some confusion about who was our server and a little delay but they more then made up for it and set things right and we got our food quickly! Definitely can’t wait to try dinner and happy hour!
