First time ordering food, but the last. The fish dinner was excellent. However, the potato pancakes were undercooked, and the cheese curds were overcooked. Items missing from order as well. Really wanted to love this place. Dine-in would be the better way to go, with probably better results.

I’ve always had good service when I stop in. The bloody mary was good. I really like to go on Sunday for their chicken wing special. Nice to have the option to sit inside or out of is nice out. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Fabulous fish! Greg, the owner, does everything he can to make sure everyone is seen when they come in and keeps them updated on any wait times. Staff does a great job checking in on customers, ensuring they have what they need.

Food was average. Mostly a bar that offers food so just expect a little longer than usual wait for service. Prices were reasonable and when the server made an error they corrected it immediately. Overall not bad but probably won’t recommend either.

We stopped here randomly driving through town, and boy are we glad we did. Some local places are very unwelcoming to non-regulars, and Sammy’s is the exact opposite. Literally every staff member here was so friendly and kind! The service was unmatched, and the food was great too. We stopped for lunch with our 3 kids, who enjoyed the bags set up on the patio. Highly recommend, and we will definitely make the 90 minute drive for lunch another day just for the awesome service!

We have been there many times. Always good food, service, and drinks. Today….. not so much. Crinkle cut fries hot, but not done. Bluegills, over done. Service not up to the standard set from previous visits. Cod portion, pieces on the small size. We waited 40 minutes for our food. Arrived at 5:00 p.m.

Good food. The friday night fish fry is one of the best. The hand cut fries are the best. The bar itself is not overly big, but they also have a second building for larger groups or events, plus outside seating in the summer. Very supportive in the community.❤️
