I just wanted to say I was in your restaurant yesterday before my flight and I just have to say your manager Jen I even wrote down her name she was helping her staff out so much, cleaning off tables and really keeping the place clean!! I went to that other place down the hall and I wouldn’t let my dog eat in there not one clean table and the floor was gross!!!! But this Jen lady really kept her restaurant clean and helping her staff! I called her over and told her as well what a great job she was doing oh and she even helped me cash out at my table with that code my sever told me to use. I definitely will be back when I’m in Cleveland again and I hope to see Jen and her staff! Thank you!

Food was ok the atmosphere was awesome love the 80’s music… but the service was not all that great! 1. My server Lorain I believe her name was she was soooo rude, I had to keep getting up while she was sitting at the long table hitting her vap (thought those were not allowed indoors) then someone from the airport a worker ( I think he was Autistic) but he said something like “cause you my favorite “ and she said”” “ well your not my favorite” I just think that was flat out rude and the girl sitting with her curly black hair I’m assuming she was a manager she just watched her hitting the vap and just laughed when she made that remark to that young man!! I think she is bad for business think you need new management and a new server in that place.. just to let those things happen and not say anything but laugh with her is not acceptable in my opinion

They could pay attention to cleaning tables after customers. When we walked in some staff stsnding around. When we finally sat, the table was filthy.
Server was friendly and accomodating.
2 burgers with handful of fries, 2 tap waters, cheese curds, 1 cocktail. 82.00! A bit pricey.

I’m giving myself 5 stars. To all the people complaining on here- everything is set up to get your money! I used to go out to Bennigans all the time back decades ago. Can’t see why now. The fun you have when you’re in your early 20s is misperception. Nobody gives a rats behind if you have a good time or not. That’s why my tastes matured as I got older. Museums, like the WW2 in New Orleans, anyday over say Disneyland. Culture yourself while saving bucket loads of money. Don’t go in these high priced restaurants looking for some magic. Too much risk for nothing.

I didn’t even get to try any food because when I had a question for the staff member at the bar she was bothered to help me. You had to use a QRcode to place an order so we had all of the order ready to check out and I received an error message since we didn’t know what that ment that’s when I approached the bar- I said ma’am I’m trying to submit my order but it not going through and I keep getting this message she sighed and said what is it saying I read it to her twice and she said well I don’t know- and then she proceeded to say we only serve breakfast until 1030 it was clearly after that time – and she was busy mixing up the drink orders for the 4 people at the bar. I picked up family and took my business elsewhere. I will make sure to by pass Sammy’s the next time I’m in Cleveland.

I went in, waited about 10 minutes for service, and then ordered two beer bottles. I tipped a buck a beer, so $2. Next thing you know, my credit card company emails me to ask if I tipped $12 on a $16 tab for a total of $28… the waitress added an extra $10 for herself….made the tip $12 instead of $2. I attempted to contact the company multiple times and when you try to speak with somebody, it immediately hangs up! There’s no email address or “corporate” numbers anywhere on their website. It’s only $10, but the fact she added it herself is not right. Do not use your card here or you’ll end up having to dispute it like I am!!!

It’s an airport restaurant. Food is double the price, but it wasn’t bad, it was average. (Range $14 to $20 for sandwich or appitizer) ( still limited menu like less than 8 total items to choose from) I felt really bad and sympathetic for the waitresses, only two were on shift. You can tell they are still under staffed and were having a bad day. Alot of the restaurants here at Cleveland airport are still closed.

Went there to be served, the lady came to wipe my table which was nice. I sit there for about 10 mins no one approached me not even for a drink. I then notice they have a QR code to order so I scan it and realize it doesn’t work. I approach the same woman who wiped the table and told her and she goes oh yes you just have to wait for us……….I’m sorry excuse me????!!! You couldn’t tell me that when you wiped my table??????? I sit for about 2 mins and I walked out, they weren’t even busy I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were the last thing open. Go to the pizza place across the hall!!
