Wanted to try this place out since so many people mentioned it. The hamburger was delicious. The locally made bun was light, fresh and just big enough. The fries were perfect with lots of crisp and flavor. Pricing was very reasonable. For $57 we got 5 regular burgers and 2 fries and 2 cookies. We were lucky and got seating. Came around noontime on a Wednesday.

Great place for a burger and fries, and food allergy friendly! Gluten free bun, dedicated gluten free fryer that uses beef tallow, only other oil used on the grill sometimes is avocado oil. His daughter has celiac, so he understands. They make their special sauces from scratch. Their brisket is also gluten-free, and probably more items, but I didn’t have time to ask all the questions. They were really busy at lunchtime. It was the first French fries I’ve been able to have in a long time, the meal was wonderful!!!!

The fact that this place is only open 4 hours a day, 5 days a week should tell you that it’s pretty dang good. We waited about 25 minutes in line to order, but it was worth the wait. Simple menu and friendly service make it a great spot, and the food was exceptional. If you’re able to make it during their limited hours, it’s worth stopping.

Yechh! Beef patties were mouth-puckeringly salty. I like a “flavorful” burger but this was way too salty. “Tangy” sauce only made it worse. Neither my wife nor I could finish the burger and that was a bummer considering how pricey they were. The bun was very good and the fries were OK (also salted beyond recognition). The Internet told me this place was good. The Internet was wrong. Sorry Sammy.

We were at the window outside. Had things to do. The fries are awesome. Best eaten immediately. Fries are a mix of crisp and soft with seasoning. I just get a cheeseburger with grilled onion and nothing else but I love it. My husband gets the burger with everything. I love local bsns!

Instantly became my favorite burger I’ve had in my entire life. I would rather have a great burger than a steak or lobster any day of the week!
We had driven by this place on many occasions and always said hey we should try that place as it had come up on social media many times for the great tasting burgers.
We came here Monday but like a lot of local restaurants they were closed so we came back on Wednesday morning and they were booming. We quickly found a spot along the side of the restaurant and popped out to order. It looks like most of it is setup to go but does have a small sit down area both on the outside and on the inside of the restaurant.
I was going to get a regular cheeseburger but read what was in the MOAB and took a chance and I caught lightning in a bottle as this was the best burger I’ve ever had hands down as it had cheese,burger, grilled onions, pulled pork, special sauce all on an incredible bun! Will return later this week for more! The menu may be sparse but they do it all to perfection! Only thing I did by mistake is not order the MOAB fries too!!!! They are open a very short window for lunch only but definitely go here if you are nearby and love burgers as much as I do!

This place is amazing!!! The owner gets his meat from local farms and bread from local bakery and spends a lot of time smoking the pork that he puts on his burgers and also Cooks his french fries and beef Tallow and seasons them with 4 different types of pepper and salt. You will pay a little bit more maybe then McDonald’s or something like that but you’ll be getting the highest quality burgers and fries and for being kind of a fast food joint it is actually fairly healthy. By far the best burger and fries I have ever had and I would definitely travel a long way to come back to this place!!!!
